Crew knowledge on tims apps are very small other than that the store is maintained well and service time is ok.
Online orders always, ALWAYS late, The location is pretty busy and they don't have enough people working there I try to order in advance , 15-20 min ,and they are still late
"C" for Chase Bank-owned (belongs to Rockefeller family). It it right there, in your face - Chase logo printed on the payment terminal repeated twice at 90 degrees for 'horizontally challenged' patrons. Proudly Canadian alright. But most annoying thing was their 5 flat panel electronic menu that kept blinking and changing options so I spent 10 minutes just trying to make up my mind what to order. And every so often it will display across all the 5 panels... guess what? An ad. AAAADD! Their own, mind you, but still. If I list all my observations here this review will become [tl;dr] - so I won't. But lemme tell ya a little secret: a company selling ACTUALLY good product doesn't need to spend a single penny on ads on any media - even that useless "Burnaby Now" paper littering my porch every week. Such company will have awful lot of business simply by word-of-mouth (free). And yeah, that "roast beef & cheese" sandwich is nothing to write home about - didn't worth the walk and waiting, SubWay makes it better for similar price. Oh, almost forgot - waiting. Out of three registers only one was open and people had to wait in line outside under blistering sun. Proper US management.
Bad customer Service. The staff kept talking loudly and took my order late and took 18 mnts to prepare my food in a slow time. No other customers were on the line and it still took 18 mnts . I was surprised because in Hastings Tim Hortons they take only less than 10 mnts even in busy times.
Disappointed their bagels even when toasted tasted stale. Though I'm sure it's because this busy location does their bagels on open rack opposed to within glass display counter. Even 2 donuts tasted dry & will know not to return to this location for food. Happily staff friendly & personable.
I waited 13 min for a mobile order of a donut. I would have waited longer had the idle employee at the sandwich station not noticed I had waited all that time standing in front of her. No doubt she noticed she works in a terribly inefficient system.
Near my home and my favorite place to hangout with friends over a coffee.. Happy that there is no drive thru but lot of parking space.. The best..
