I am REALLY hoping the manager/owner/whoever cares about this location reads this review. This is the worst Tim Horton’s location I have ever been to. It’s slow, dirty, they burn food and give the wrong order out. The workers don’t even understand the menu. I was there last night and the screen was full of orders, people were lined up waiting to order and there were people waiting for their order and the only girl working was sweeping the floor? This location is a joke. Please improve this Tim’s. PLEASE

Arguably one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve displeasure of ever experiencing. Very slow service, only had one till open with line full of costumers in the morning. Took 15 minutes for a double double…

The store is super clean, and the staff is extremely pleasant, especially Anjali, who always greets you with a smile. She excels at providing excellent customer service. I enjoy getting my coffee and bagel there. The cuisine is always freshly prepared. I've always had a fantastic time. RECOMMENDED STRONGLY

Terrible service. Very under staffed at the the front tills. 10 customers waiting in the lineup. Self order tills down. Customers orders were incorrect taking up time away from helping take other people's orders. After 10 min of waiting in line to place my order I was told sorry we are out of what you want. No apology for waiting 10 min in a lineup just next customer please!! I will not be returning to this location again. This is the second terrible experience at this location.

I usually dont do this but i went to this location today and i asked for a bagel (toasted) but it was literally burnt. Me and my friend ordered the same thing and it was burnt. When we asked the girl working there about it, she was super rude about the whole thing and said that it doesn’t taste burnt and they eat it too. I work in food court as well and for all i know this is not how customers are to be treated. I paid for my food and i deserve to have it the way I ordered. Pathetic how they treat customers.

This is the worst unpleasant store. It is a repeated experience. The head office needs system training for this store. It will take a lot of patience to get there. The staff here are all rude and offensive. The two nearby branches are full of polite and clever staff.

Every time i order food or coffee and never get my complete order or sometimes wrong coffee and then the staff members start blaming each other. One day their staff member said me that i teach you and you can make order by yourself.

Ordered a farmers wrap with sausage and no cheese. And so they gave me a farmers wrap with bacon and cheese? Found out a little too late so I can’t really take it back. Never ordering from here again. This staff clearly can’t handle the business they get.

It was great experience. I went there on last friday the girl brewed fresh coffee for me and was very nice.

They run out of certain donuts really fast. They also don't make certain hot food items after a certain time.
