Very slow, terrible service. The staff are rude and abnoxious. Not friendly! They get the orders wrong. Many times they do this. They have a hard time understanding through the order screen. Tried to repeat myself so many times. Like I said terrible.
As a big fan of Tim's, I'm so disappointed about this store. Really really poor management!!! Lost my mobile orders couple times, and the manger just finding all kinds of excuses but not fix it, we had to wait 15mins more there. And staff there never follow the correct steps of making the drinks, you get all random taste of coffee every time even you always order the same one. The headquarters really need to take a look at this store, as this team is so unprofessional and no sense of customer service at all!!
The staff are misserable an rude. This morning they were not serving breakfast plus they were only excepting cash. The bathroom is always dirty . Either the sink is plugged or the toilet. Donuts are usually not fresh. Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons I've been to.
Have to say the lady at the walk in counter was exceptional customer service today. Most definitely the best experience from that Tim’s bottoms ever. Need more ladies like that as most are crummy I have experienced before.
Very poor customer service they dont even care if there is a line for placing the orders they are only busy with their driv thru such a bad service . I asked for milk in my tea and i have waited there for like 10-15 min for my steeped tea still got it without milk , people are asking them to take their orders most of the employees are rude they dont even care how they are placing the food infront the customers . And please change your gloves while switching to food after cleaning your shelves.
Morning drive thru crew is a lot better than their afternoon crew. Ice cap tastes fine but their coffee is hit or miss — today was a miss. The broccoli cheddar soup I got is coagulated and not soupy at all…plus they forgot the utensils so I didn’t have a spoon or knife to butter my bread. At least they remembered the straw. Drive thru person working between 2-6pm is either rude or unresponsive. I asked if they could throw out an empty timmys cup but he flat out said no. Understandable because of covid, but at least have a garbage bin at the end of the drive thru? There is litter all around the drive thru area.
Literally the worst Tim Hortons around! There was an Indian male taking the orders today at 2:59 pm on Wednesday, March 23rd and he sounded so lazy and uninterested while taking my order. This particular restaurant needs better customer service!
I used to love this location, but recently something has changed. The coffee tastes watered down, tasteless and makes me want to travel further to a different location. I do love Tim Hortons, but the consistency is lacking now and maybe they just had a change of management?Either way, after multiple chances, it's just changed for the worse.
two stars only because the food is still good, but the drive through shouldn't take any longer at 10 minutes not 45 minutes, all I want in the morning is my coffee. so today I went into them and a lot of staff running back and forth not knowing what there doing and making mistakes all the time , like other day i order the ham and cheese melt and I get a sandwich instead ??. its not that hard read the order .
Customer service was lacking. Dined in for lunch , got coffees with our meal. We ate first before having our coffee, which was so disgusting we couldn't even drink it. There was so much cream and sugar. When we asked if we could have replacements, we were questioned why we didn't bring up sooner and got the run around like it was totally putting them out of their way.You make coffee every "20 minutes" how much do you really waste, you can make us 2 new cups of coffee???
