@the.viet.noodle.guy ft lemongrass chicken and Viet noodle special (rare beef, beef balls, beef brisket, tripe, tendon, onions, green onions and cilantro)Every single time we passed by, we saw a line outside of this restaurant so we decided to check it out. Their food was probably on the lighter side relatively in terms of taste. It was good but a little different from the pho/lemongrass chicken I’m used to. Almost tasted “healthier”.This place was definitely busy and the portion was huge! Their large was more than enough for two people. I can see why so many locals order takeouts from here.
Good legit pho tasting much authentic. The springrolls are also very crunchy it's a delight. The portion can be big for Asians. I ordered a large pho and it was very filling! The only thing i feel that can enhance taste is good slices of really spicy chilli ?
Discovered a favorite pho restaurant!! The amount of the food is unexpectedly huge ? I liked everything we tried. House special pho, Special vermicelli (B1), Chicken wings. I like their thick pho noodles : ) Definitely coming back soon?
One of the best Pho places in Vancouver. Everything here is always super fresh and flavourful, all the classics are winners here so whatever you're feeling will hit the spot. I haven't had anything better in Burnaby and I've never been disappointed by a meal here, and any complaints I can think of are pretty minor. Be prepared to wait though, lines of 30 minutes to an hour are pretty common.
Definitely one of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants in town. Generous portions and they don’t skimp on the toppings. Lots of rare beef and beef brisket in my bowl of pho. Their Jumbo Spring Roll is also a must order. They are very busy so be prepared wait for your food.
My noodle of pho was smelly, seems like they did not rinse properly after they boil the noodle. Very hard to get attention from sever, there was a lady at cashier who seem to be the boss but very unfriendly. We tried to wave and seeking for help many times, she seemed to intentionally avoid eye contact to help us. They were not that busy. I hope they can improve because it is sad to see business who is overly confident.
Our go-to Vietnamese restaurant! Cannot beat the taste, ingredients, and portion size. Love the Special Vermicelli (B1). They are constantly busy & dinner takeout is typically only 30-45mins. Awesome service and great food!
This place is absolutely bomb.com. Our family comes here when we want to have really good pho and Vietnamese food but have to prepare our bellies to wait an hour in line to eat. Portions are great. Food is fresh.
Like others, I lined up and waited around 20 minutes to be seated. I was very happy and pleased with the taste of their pho broth. I feel like I’ve never had pho taste so fresh with a such a clear beefy broth. I’ve had my fair share of salty vancouver bowls of pho so I know that this place is definitely different than the others! I also got their spring rolls which were pork filled crispy and delicious. I plan to come back and try more of their items like a vermicelli bowl or a bahn mi, but I will definitely be coming back for their pho when I’m in the area and have that craving!
There is always a line up. The service is just enough. Nothing over the top.I had high expectations from what was said about the food, but I didn’t find it any much different than other Vietnamese restaurants. Maybe need to give it another try.The food was great but not outstanding in my opinion.
