The waiter has been very nice and helpful. And the food is delicious, especially the bread. And birthday cake surprise is wonderful.

I had my birthday dinner last Friday at The Keg and my partner and I were really happy with the service and the food. He is a chef and I'm concerned he will put on his chef hat and criticize the food. However, I heard nothing from him but good praises. We both loved the lobster tail as it was fresh even if it came all the way to NS! Our server is incredibly attentive! Even if we're full, since it was my birthday, she made sure we had dessert! And as always, the Billy Miner Pie is a hit!!! Thanks you for making my birthday extra special :)

Couple of our appetizers were over cooked, the scallops and bacon were burnt and the calamari was dry and almost tasted as if it had bee texture fried
You require lobster bibs. I know you use to have them, but please bring those disposable or other bibs back. They are essential when ordering lobster, otherwise it means a shirt/blouse dry cleaning added to the KEG bill. It's that simple. I personally like my lobster at an 8 minute steam. You appear to be much higher, rendering the lobster a tad chewy. Please offer feedback. Service was excellent from front door to table to exit.
Outstanding experience! My fillet mignon was 10/10, the service was excellent and we could not be happier. Can't wait to go back!
