Great service！I ordered one drink at Kingsway store by mistake and I came to hasting store. I called Kingsway store to ask for refund but they fused because they already made my order. The girl picked up my call at Kingsway showed me attitude and fused to refund.However, the staff at hasting store gave me my drink for free. I am impressed by how amazing their customer services is. Although the price is just less than a lonnie but you have earned a loyal customer!Great customer service experience ! Keep up with the good work!
This place has terrible customer service. My friend had to call 3 times to get a refund from a cancelled order. They have openly lied that they have processed the refund just for her to find out that they didn’t. This happened twice already. Still waiting on the refund… hopefully this time they’re truthful about actually process long the refund.There are so many bubble tea options out there, my advice is to take your business to somewhere that has more integrity!
I always get bubble tea for my daughter at this store. Today I thought maybe I should try … my order was fleshy watermelon slush with jelly. I had no idea the jelly is different from coconut jelly…. Slimy liquid came out of my straw and i was bout to puke!I took the drink back to find out how I messed up my order… not much help from the employee.I wish they were more helpful. I would treat my customer differently by offering them a new drink or something to create better memory! It was DISAPPOINTING!
Watermelon slush is made with real watermelon, love it. Recommend Roasted Milk tea and all of the Brown sugar pearls series.A very busy store. Every time I buy it, I will go to the side and then go back to pick it up, so as not to waste time waiting.
TLDR: Super slow and ridiculous serviceI came with a group of 9 people and about 5 or 6 of us ordered. They had two people working at the time and I was shocked that it took them more than 30 minutes to make our drinks. Also, what was strange to me was that they made the drinks and sent them out in random order. There were people who ordered after me who got their drinks before me, which is not great service... I tried to order the coconut pudding mango with coconut milk and it took them 30 minutes AFTER I ordered to tell me that they didn't have coconut pudding. What kind of establishment does that? I instead ordered the oreo mochi milk tea.. the taste was fine but the texture was like snotty because their mochi is stringy and weird. The way they run this place is pretty frustrating.
Ordered a Large Sago & Tofu Jelly Milk Tea through their app. No need to wait and is ready to pick up when I arrived. Strong taste of the tea, not too sweet (ordered regular sugar). I like the tofu jelly very much, very smooth and will order again.
Ordered via Uber Eats, there was a bogo promotion. Tried their seasons spring oolong tea (no ice no sugar) and purple rice tofu jelly milk tea (no ice half sugar).
Ordered a taro and a mango bbt. Both of the drinks looked different from the pictures and was disappointing. Basically a milk drink with a hint of real taro/mango
I would like to contact them via their website but they don't have other contact information other than a phone number. I ordered F11 Boba Mango Fresh Milk based on the website menu picture. However, the actual Boba Mango Fresh Milk is totally different. See the attached two different pictures. It is not a good experience.I got their feedback after one hour and they will update the website accordingly to avoid future confusion. So I gave them 4 stars instead of 2 stars for this purchase experience.
Brown sugar bubble tea always good. Snacks were sweet as well. Definitely recommendStaff was friendly. Worth the visit
