I had the mango cheese bingsu and it was amazing. My new favorite dessert. Mango was so fresh and the right balance of sweet and tangy. The shaved ice portion was very fluffy and smooth and the cheesecake pieces were generous and not overly sweet, moreso creamy and rich. Such a good combo. It's a big pricey but you get big portions. Would love to try more bingsu and the chicken here.
Although a bit pricier than some of the competitors the service was great and portions quite large.
My friends and I are OBSESSED with their shaved ice and waffles. They always have good fruit (and will warn you if they think something else is better). We also enjoy their toasts and drinks. Admittedly, we haven't explored their savoury items yet. My goal is to try the entire menu one day ?
Way way too over priced for the quality of shaved ice dishes. My friend described I've never struggled this much eating anything. How could shaved ice be so dry..!? Not enough of the ingredients.. ice formed into bigger chunks(not smooth) and above all, waited forever to ask for condensed milk and ended up not showing up. $17 for shaved ice is just nonsense especially for that quality~!!!!
It wasn’t worth the price for the taste. Not that sweet and the ingredients were terribly balanced. Felt like we were eating dry ice. We were trying to get some more condensed milk and there was no one at the front desk to take our request for almost 20 minutes.
Service was good. Mango bingsoo is from frozen mangoes, and a bit slimy. I recommend Passion8 across the street since their mangos are served fresh (when we had it).

The employee who took our order made a lot of mistakes and confused our orders. She didn't offer anything to make it right, and didn't even apologize. In the end, we're the ones who compromised and reordered to make it right. Good food and ambiance. Location and parking are very busy.
Warm and lively, great place to escape the rain over a hot plate of toppoki pizza or bingsu. On cold rainy days like today, comfort food with comfortable surroundings.
