I had an amazing experience at this Subway. The staff and the owner were extremely friendly, and the owner went out of his way to make my experience amazing by surprising me with a free cookie :) Will definitely continue to support this business!
I ordered Smashed Avocado Turkey sub but when I got my sub it was missing the avocado. I contacted the customer service about it but they only returned an auto-generated message, no refund for the avocado. Very disappointed.

Just wanted to enjoy a quick lunch after class... was eating my meatball sub and the meatballs were raw on the inside. I complained and told the lady about it and she just kept offering me one more meatball and did not understand the fact that I literally just consumed raw meat.
The attitude from the old man working there. I wanted to ask for chips on my sub and he started going off at me and telling me to do it myself in the rudest way possible. If I wanted to do that I’d just make it myself.
Manager over here is super friendly. Trainee made my sandwich wrong but she didnt disappoint me, made me a new sandwich right a way. Veggies at this location are very fresh if compared to the downtown locations.. me and my friend always grab our dinner from this location. Thank you young ladies..
This is first subway where I was highly disappointed. The service over here was really bad. The girl over here was rude not only with me but even with 2 other customers as well. She toasted my bread so hard that it got burnt and when I asked her to change the bread she denied and asked for an extra charge though there was not at all my fault for the burnt bread.Although this was not my first time at a subway but first at this location , but I am sure it was my last for this location. Giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 star . I don’t want to reduce the customer for this subway but just want the owner to take strict action on the behaviour of employees. It might bring you more customers with good employees. I was in at around 11:36 and a girl was training a new employee I guess.Thank you
Online order crasshed while my CC got charged but the manager still got it made - really nice staff there, definitely would recommend.
Ladies working over here are so kind and humble. Their breads and veggies are always fresh if compared to another subway. I grab my dinner from this location even though i live in downtown. Thank you young ladies...
Service has sharply declined since covid began. Hours are inconsistent and staff tell you items are finished. Do employees really believe that we believe them? Come on.
