IN SHOCK! THIS LOCATION HAS SICK EMPLOYEES!While preparing my sandwich, she sneezed on the bread WITH NO FACE MASK ON!!! She apologized and didn't bother to stop and wash her hands/change her gloves and throw out the bread!!!JUST IN SHOCK!!
Just make sure you go before 9. As they will not heat up anymore meat and your options will be limited.
Really wish they'd staff their establishments with more than one young person during close. That ain't rightThe sandwich artists were great.They should not be alone
Some staff do not have proper training.Also seems the staff do not have capacity to handle the amount of work during busy hours. As a result, service received is sub-par. Staff named Lavi tossed my sandwich across the counter to help another customer. Seemed mildly inappropriate and unprofessional.
One of the better franchises to visit! I honestly was shocked how consistent and fresh everything is at this location.
The worst branch ever. My sandwich quality was totally not acceptable, i tried so many other branches but this place the worst. I ordered in front of staff and pick it up right away but all the ingredients are come out when i checked in the car. She doesn’t even know how to wrap it. I totally disappointed.
Ordered a meatball sub through Skip the Dishes. The meatballs were clearly not fresh. One of them was hard as a rock ?I’ll be reporting this to Restaurant Food & Safety.
I made my own sandwich. It was a pretty cool experience . I rate it 5 Italian breads out of five
This is a good location. They usually don’t have a lot of people, in fact many times I was the only one in the room (I come during weekends afternoon or lunch), and they are very fast. I like their cookies with marshmallow in it but sometimes their chocolate chip cookies can be dry and tough. On some good days, their chocolate chip cookies beats the chocolate chip cookies from BJ bakery nearby due to their softness and not being too sweet. On some bad days their chocolate chip cookies are not even as good as the cookies you get from the grocery store which is also nearby.
walked in oct 12 9:45amgirl was completely did not care was too busy making online order asked for soup and a veg sandwich on potato bunsaid she cannot make it its not part of the menu i said neither are veg sub sandwiches but u still make it with the patti she say she cannot i requested her to cut the patti in half and just charge she says i will have to check the pos system if she can make anythingwow at that point i just left customer behind got his order right away online may i add. i have never had to argue at a restaurant they dont know if they can take my order u dont care about customers walking in nice very nicenote to self
