Very professional and organized. Sandwiches are pretty good too.
Had a great experience stopping by this location for the first time earlier today. Looks like a relatively recently renovated location with updated interior and seating. Most appreciated was how clean everything looked including the vegetables, sometimes that can be a major turn off if it looks sloppy or unsanitary, not the case here at all. The staff member was friendly and my sub was perfect. Loved the new creamy siracha sauce on my veggie patty sub with all the fixings plus spinach and avocado.
Just argued with the employee about olives. Asked for extra olives, her response, "only 6 olives per footlong sandwich" in what world are we only putting 6 tiny little slices of olives in a footlong??? Also veggies are supposed to be free?? Noticed the old lady was skimping on all the toppings resulting in an empty sandwich. Maybe she was thinking subway was taking out olives in her paycheck? Been going to subway for over 25 years never been denied extra olives. The employee replies she been working there 10. Ridiculous service amd employee will argue with customers and not give you toppings you paid for will not be back!
on 24th aug at 9.30 am in the morning I had a sandwich at this location, girl name by Suman was serving & she was not at all welcoming instead her behavior was such that I felt as if she is doing a favour on me ?. Would think twice to visit when she is there.
one star is just too much for this review, but only to write this. The girl Shivangi made my order and the sub as well as the soup looked like someone just threw up in there! The worst customer service! I’m asking her question and she’s speaking to her coworker in their language instead of replying to the me. I wanted a combo with cookies, she’s asking me how many comes in a combo. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway.
I was recently in to purchase a sandwich and while I had no issues with the two employees that served me I was bothered by the fact the one employee that was leaving for the day, came out into the open area where sandwiches are prepared with no mask on to say goodbye. The preceded to leave and then come back in again with no mask. If you have a sign at the door of the establishment expecting customers to wear a mask coming in I would think that the employees should be following suit. Especially if they are serving food. Not impressed.
There never was friendly service before, but I still ate here quite often. But since this event, I definitely will never spend a cent here ever again.Horrible employees.. Intimidating and lied that they told me about a promotion but said I refused it (why would I refuse a free discount on my coffee + cookie????). At this rate, they started yelling that it was my fault. I couldn't care less about the few dollars I could have saved, but the attitude regarding a simple question was atrocious. The manager was standing behind the employees and just blankly staring at the situation.Would give zero stars if I could.
Have people who are not paid enough to be polite
This location is very clean. This branch has been in the area for a while but it's super spotless and looks well-maintained. Ordering is always very fast and efficient. Social distancing is very well followed.
First time since Feb of this year that I sat down and enjoy my tuna sandwich. Open space when you walk in , seems to practice social distancing seriously. I feel safe sitting and enjoying my sandwich. It's time to starts supporting our local restaurants again. 0
