My second visit to a Starbucks and as the first one this was amazing too. Employees are professional and are greet you nicely compared to TH. I had a latte which was wonderful. (Only drawback would be the rates of drinks but if you want something good you have to pay a bit more)

Service was good and accomodating. Showed the staff a picture of a deal displayed at another store, and even though they have never heard of it, they made the discount happen for me. Love thier energy and friendliness! Would be 5 stars but my caramel machiatto was on the milkier side than usual

Very good new Starbucks location. Very modern-looking. Problem is with the pandemic, seating is not in use.

Been giving this specific the location the benefit of the doubt but whenever I’ve come in my drinks either taste weird or is just poorly made. Though staffs generally nice and place is tidy and chill if you want a place to study + clean washrooms.

Ordered a bag of Holiday Blend online and travelled the way to pick it up but was told they don't have it in stock.Barista replaced the order with cheaper The North and insisted they are the same price.Better go other Starbucks in the area.

Nice location with lots of seats in the back. Long lineup so waiting time could be pretty crazy. I suggest you do mobile ordering here.

Starbucks @Brentwood Mall is a great location. Always had my coffee/frap/cold drinks from that branch...

Nice location. This branch tends to become overwhelmed with orders especially through mobile order. As a result, they sometimes make mistakes; however, in my experience, they have been quite nice and tried to fix their mistake when it was brought to their attention.The branch may need extra staff members to help out with the order volume they receive during their peak hours.

That's what I've gotten, my venti drink but with light ice.I understand that's a new location, but staff inside seems to be poorly trained.I would never order at this location again.

This is for the new brentwood location. So I get they're busy, it's a nice busy location. I was patient and fully prepared for a long wait. They got my drink wrong, made it cold instead of hot. No problem, mistakes happen and I know starbucks policy is to make it right. Second lady asked if I still wanted the incorrect drink and I declined. Rather than offer it to somebody else she dumps it down the sink, maybe corporate policy i dunno. They finish my replacement drink, and the lady who hands it to me seems annoyed with me. I say thanks, apologize even though it wasn't my fault, Canadian habit I guess, and leave, I sit down in the plaza to enjoy my lunch, take a sip, and the drink is less than lukewarm, practically cold, and I'd swear there's little to no coffee in it. I get it's stressful serving this many people and constantly being asked by people where their drink is, but I wasn't one of them. I was patient and calm and the error in the drink wasn't my fault, so why take it out on me? Rather disappointed.
