Great coffee for good price always nice to stop in when out of town cause their coffee is always quality assured.
The baristas were too mean. I asked if I could get a water aside from my 2 drinks and the barista looked too annoyed saying they were busy. But it's ok. He still gave me water after 5 minutes. Then I clumsily dropped the cup because the lid wasn't closed properly and needed a tissue but they don't have tissue so I asked for it to the girl barista.She said somebody was getting it so I stood near the tissue container and she asked me to move coz she said it's really too busy. Even when she sees that may skirt, legs, cp, and hands are covered with frappe. :'c It was horrible experience. This is the first starbucks to ever treat me like this. They were too annoyed and I jusst felt helpless while these people are rolling their eyes on me.I know it's busy and I didn't want to bother them. I didn't even ask again for tissue. I was just waiting.
The line is horribly long, waited for 20 minutes+ to get 2 drinks.And they didn’t close the lid properly and caused us to spill the drink right away. Spent another 5 minutes to get napkins from them. The customer service stank.Will not come back here unfortunately. The drinks were not good either.
The food court starbucks are not good with making drinks. Ordered Iced sweet cream cold brew and iced london fog. They are all blend taste like water
It was my friends birthday yesterday and she wanted to get her free drink but the coupon wasn’t showing up on her Starbucks app, she showed them and they said well we can’t give it to you unless we see the coupon, and someone from behind the cashier who we assume was the manager, came up and shoved a piece of paper in front of us with some highlighted areas on it and said “here’s the policy, read it and call customer service” they were very very rude. We called customer service and were on hold for 20 minutes until I ended up calling a nearby Starbucks (station square) and told them the situation and asked if they would be able to give her her birthday drink if she showed them her ID and they said yes of course and were so friendly and every employee said happy birthday to my friend when we arrived. I highly recommend station square Starbucks!!!!
It is odd that despite being allergic to caffeine I really like Starbucks. Especially their mango dragon fruit lemonade.
Staff here definitely don’t know how to do customer service. Don’t go there unless you want to be upset by their attitude.
I have once a day Venti ice shaken espresso oat milk every single day since it came out. I don't want ice in my coffee so often they top up with milk.Today is the 1st time my drink was refused to fill up by the manager here due to their policy. And when I asked if it can be filled to the top they said I have to pay extraThis is a $7 coffee. How much you think I should pay extra for that much room filled with milk?Anyway this is not the good start for my day ?

I mobile ordered a strawberry venti refresher and asked for 6 strawberries, yes 6 Strawberry’s!! And the workers straight up put 14 strawberries and filled half my cup with it. I DIDN’T ORDER A FRUIT SALAD…come on bruvs making me look fruity
