This Starbucks is always consistent. The staff are very efficient and although sometimes they are busy they are fast to get you your coffee and out the door. I highly recommend this branch.
Friendly, consistent Starbucks service as well as tasty coffee. A nice coffee joint boasting plentiful outdoor seating area offset from the sidewalk, to enjoy your True North Blend in the sunshine!

What a life changing experience I had here! Kennedy was such a delight to work with! She got my complicated drink perfect and was super friendly, kind and welcoming. She even convinced me to get off my crack addiction and fixed my failing marriage! What a life saver! 10/10 would come again.

If you are a regular customer, they greet you by your name and warmly. If not, they still greet you although it's toned down a bit.
Location is good, free street parking. Not the cleanest but the service is good. It can get busy sometimes. Close to the bus station and other restaurants. Sometimes they run out of ingredients too. Whole milk most likely. I've been a couple of times and they didnt have any, so the latte didn't taste as good. So.etjing to consider for the management.
Been here plenty of times over the last year and half since moved to the area,coffee is superb! The staff greet everyone except first nations people I have noticed it's clearly a race thing as they greet everyone who walks on after me ,especially tonight friday Oct 22,2021 7 pm the worker who is a heavy set white woman,didnt even say hi or ask me what I wanted just stood at the counter saying nothing and making the experience very awkward! I love the place not the worker tonight especially! I came for the so called happy service but that is clearly reserved for people other than first nations!
