Worst starbs everrrr. Came for a quick morning pick me up after heading out to the airport and they were so unpleasent. They were trying to explain to me how they cant make my drink… but i work for starbucks… Julie CLEARLY woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Making condescending remarks such as “apparently they do whatever they want at that location”. Just a bad start to my day.
This is the worst Starbucks ever. Horrible coffee brewed in ckeaning chemical residue and/or left-over bitter brew. And so don't order drip coffee here; but don't order specialty either because they can't get a simple black Americano coffee right. Worst ever
My go-to coffee shop. Enjoyable, quiet at times and good drinks. Staff has changed a bit, but same great customer service.Update: still doing great service. I'll go out of my way to this location instead of the one closest to me at River District 85% of the time because of the better service.
Fab Experience at this Fab Location. So I didn't have My Fab Starbucks Card. Spoke to Rachel, Manager and Dawn as well. Both Superior Courteous and Polite, Jovial and Genuinely Helpful. Got Beverages with Smile and Service. Many Thanks plz.
Been here 5 times and only once did I receive really friendly service. Its strange because typically Starbucks baristas are quite friendly and welcoming

I go to Starbucks most mornings on my way to work, and without a doubt, Starbucks at Market Crossing has the best customer service. When the staff made a point of knowing customer's names and preferences, and greet the regulars with loud enthusiasm when they step in the door, it really starts the day on a positive note. The coffee tastes better, too, like the great team that works there cares. Thank you for making me feel special.

WORST Starbucks EVER!! Went this morning , had a horrible experience. Ordered a custom drink .Asked my drink to be on light ice ( venti size) they handed me a the drink half filled , when i asked why is this half empty, they said u need to pay more for this for it to be a latte. Excuse me !! I paid for it , i paid for the drink , the oat milk and everything that was added on, i order this drink almost daily and have never experienced this . And also even the it should have been on “light ice” it was NOT , still was filled with regular amount of .what if i would have said no ice , what would have u handed me , a empty cup. the staff was so rude , this is not the service i expect from Starbucks. Would never go to this location again and i also recommend other people to not go . They ruined by morning.
