This has got to be the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my life - and I've been to A LOT (in AND outside of Canada.) It's always slow. Today, in particular, was exceptionally slow. I went to get a Mocha Frappuccino - a simple drink. It wasn't very busy, yet somehow after 20 minutes of waiting my drink hadn't even been started. When I inquired about it, one of the baristas then went to make it and used the excuse that they were "understaffed" (not my problem), but mid-way putting the ingredients into the blender, they stopped and started making the drink of someone else who they clearly knew personally. I guess if you're a regular here or a friend of a barista, you get to jump ahead of the queue. Eyeroll. After waiting another 5 minutes, I gave up and got a refund and went to Tim Horton's instead.
Good location, never had any issues with service here. This location does get busy at times, and it takes awhile to get your order. If in a rush, I would recommend ordering online and picking up from here.
Great service. Ordered a coffee frap for me and my friend. Good flavor and excellent staff.
Came in earlier today and Martin (I think) took my order. He noticed my Tsuki hat and was stoked, said he respected the drip. Well, I respected the hustle. Haha seems like a fun work environment!
April 8, 2022, 4pm exactly, walked up to the door and was told not enough staff on so they're closing.......I guess a manager should have been there to work some OT. I was advised of another Starbucks that was open, but I wasn't that desperate for coffee, just happened to be next door.Poor management at this location. There also should be a time limit for those hanging out on their laptops for hours on end.
Never had such a poorly made drink. Seems like that’s a repeated trend with this specific location. Don’t have half the ingredients they’re supposed to either.
Generally a good location but its 9:40 on a Saturday night, website and sign on door sas store open until 10pm yet it is already closed. The two baristas inside are just standing behind the counter and not acknowledging us at all. If the store hours are different from what is posted, change them so the times are reflected accurately and people don't waste their time coming here when closed.
Unfortunately, on this particular night, the barista was off his game. Asked for room in Americano, didn't get it. Added cream, didn't stir and the pistachio latte had no flavour until I got to all the syrup at bottom of cup so it wasn't stirred either. I hate to complain but when I decided to splurge a little with today's prices, I expect top notch from Starbucks.Must havd been an off day. Cheers
Not all Starbucks are equal. The line was on the far end of the entrance. Two people were able to get in front and did not wait in line. Drink also tasted watered down. However, staff was friendly.
Great cup of Joe..I personally get white chocolate moka with extra espresso shot and double smoked bacon sandwich welcome to a lit morning!!!!
