Very pleased with the manager's assistance. This location tends to be quite busy at times due to their proximity to the skytrain station and the ~1500 units around it just from the Brentwood complex alone.I had to make a last minute purchase of their large coffee container they offer for events and despite having ordered it during a very busy period, he did his best to have it ready for us within quite a reasonable time. He actually managed to have it ready before the estimated time.This location can be busy, but they do try to attend to the customers as quickly as they can even though they are swamped frequently. You may need to be a bit patient due to the volume of customers and orders they receive but they will make sure you are served well and if they make a mistake, they own up to it and fix it for you.

Poor services, and understand it is hard to find good staff these days.
I ordered a venti drink, and the whole cup is literally filled with ice from top to bottom. I told the lady “ oh this is a lot of Ice” and she just said “oh well you asked for ice”. Like I paid $4-6 for a drink, not Ice. If I want ice I would have gone to a gas station. This freaking ruined my day. Honestly, if you’re reading this just go to another location.
I had ordered venti through app and then went there at the estimated time for pick up. However, I saw a barista reading my order and starting to make mine. After pick up the cup was only 2/3 full
today just ordered a brown sugar expreson Vt , first of all it is not sweet at all, and they only give me a half size of the cup too, I asked the server and she told me that it will be sweeter if you have more but never taste sweet at all, disappointed !

I went to this branch tonight, as it was raining I went inside ordered my coffee and sat on the right side sitting area where literally nobody was sitting. While on the left side of the sitting area people were sitting in less than 2m social distancing. After couple of minutes one of the staff came over & said you can't sit here!!!! So I had to go out and stand under the rain and have my coffee. so disappointing!
