Been waiting over 10 minutes for a cold green tea, the place is empty. I even preordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait. They have made 5 coffees since my order and their response was they had no green tea made…like what?! Worst experience at a Starbucks ever!
Fast and tasty. At the moment there aren't a lot of places to sit. This Starbucks is usually a place for pickup so all of the table except the tall ones have been removed. Great place for pickup.
Received no apologies and no sincerity whatsoever when I called and brought this issue up to them. Feeling really upset that I ate this and that it was allowed to even be put in my hands. Really hope I don't get sick.
Ordered 3 drinks through ubereats today. It was well covered with lid and it is surprising whoever made it didn’t realize this bug before closing it

Use to be a 5 ☆ place. They don't offer seating, it's kind of like giving their customers the middle finger. Restrictions are starting to loosen, but they are doubling down. There are so many other coffee shops. Apparently the managements decision.
If you're expecting the 'usual', quick brewed coffee, this location isn't the place.It took over 5 minutes to get my pike roast. you just need all the time in the world to come back to this location.

Mobile order pick up is in the middle of the long counter. There is a tiny sign. Girl works there don't even call out names more than once, nor didn't even bother to ask when walked it. Better yet, she looked away when I walked in.STARBUCKS!!! TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER, OR if you want self-sufficiency from customers, MAKE THE SIGNAGE VISIBLE!!! Bench mark from the stores in asian countries. Much more respecful and friendly.
