I always get Starbucks from this location , the service before were solid, not till recently , I ordered online and went pick up , because I was running late , I politely asked if could finish mine first , if not it’s ok, I also told them my order is just cold brew easy to pour , the Asian girl over their replied madly loudly and with a bad attitude : there are a lot of orders infront you, if u can’t wait we refund u.I mean , I get it if u can’t do mine first , but let me know in a polite way. This is not a good service, I highly suggest you train your staffs better or rehire

Hardest working Starbucks in metro vancouver. They were willing to give me used coffee grounds for my garden. Which was very charitable. They handle huge volumes from MetroTown. Give these folks a raise!
Dear Quality assurance and management,I arrived at Starbucks, lined up and then took my order. I waited for quite awhile and then saw someone that came after me picked his order and left. I politely went to the Barista and asked where's my order and she replied loudly and rudely "it's coming now", then I heard them talking to each other saying " let's finish this customer " In a dirty way and knocking cups together to annoy her. I was in a state of shock. It wasn't me alone who heard them saying this, the customer besides me heard them. I am a loyal customer and love the quality of the products and the services but after what happened to me today I really question that. Shame on them, if they don't want to work then they better stay home rather than disrespecting others.I canceled my order and the manager didn't apologize and didn't say anything just signed the receipt.Thanks,Lipton
It was my friends birthday yesterday and we were at metro so we went to the Starbucks in the food court to get her free drink, her coupon wasn’t showing up so they shoved a piece of paper at us with some highlighted areas and said “here’s the policy, read it and call customer service” and we’re just very rude to us.. on my friends birthday!!! So we called customer service and were on hold for 20 minutes until I called station square Starbucks since they were nearby. I explained what happened and they were soo nice and said as long as my friend brings her ID to prove it’s her birthday, she can get her free drink. We got there and every employee there was so nice and friendly and they all said happy birthday to my friend when we arrived.
I find it rude and extremely nonsense we cannot sit down in the cafe.We went in with my two years old, and she was hungry so just took a seat at the windows on the ledge. Shortly, we were asked - actually politely - to go out to the crowded bench or to the Subway’s table. Why would I go to the Subway, when I am not consuming their food, and there is less space? Why there is no tables in this Starbucks location? Many of the locations have sitting options again, even smaller ones. You could have at least outside some tables. Was it really necessary to ask us to leave when it was quite and peaceful the whole restaurant? I would understand it if it were busy… I am not returning here.
a pretty busy location especially in the morning..everyone are very friendly here..they have an efficient crew but the store does tend to get quite a lot of mobile orders and delivery orders but the team are great at getting orders out at a reasonable time..would definitely come back again
Probably one of the most friendly Starbucks. They always announce that they are making your drink now. Greet you every time you walk in.
Staff are always friendly and greet/thank pickup customers. Drink orders are usually very quick, though they occasionally get a little backed up during morning rush hour. Quality is consistent.
