Crazy busy and not enough staff. They were super slow in taking the orders and making the drinks. I waited over 20 min to get a drink.
I had requested two travel packs of coffee for my father's funeral reception for 2pm the next day. I sent my cousin there to pick up and nothing was made. They said they forgot and had to wait 25-30 minutes to get it. Called them and they said sorry that's it. Terrible customer service.
MY GO TO STARBUCKS! Every barista here has given me amazing customer service. I am very loyal to Starbucks now only because of this location. They make the best drinks ever and always leave me with a smile!
My favourite Starbucks to go to. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They my get your order right away. The wait time varies but that’s typical of a busy place. The baristas are so swift!For me, sometimes Starbucks are so crowded and noisy. This place isn’t too crowded and always has seats available- around 8am-9am- not sure about other hours.
I just ordered a coffee from.the holdem station . I was greeted by a female behind the espresso machine with a big hello. But that is where the friendliness stopped. I was unfortunate to be served by Miquel. He did not even say hello to me. I ordered my coffee and he walked away. Did not even tell me how much the coffee was. I scanned my card and waited to get my order. He came to the counter, slid the cup towards me and walked away. GREAT SSRVICE Starbucks!!!I won't be going there anymore and if I do I won't have him serve me.

So slow I waited for this girl to deal with one customer for 5 mins. Literally timed it too. As a customer I think they should close this location because it will just waste your time.
