I have been going to this location regularly and I usually order my coffee with my mobile.They serve coffee quickly, and the staffs are so friendly every time I go there. There is no entering door to get into the store, so it’s easy to access with the stroller.
Friendly staff - lots of rotation but everyone is friendly. It gets busy but I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes.
Clean, spacious, and modern store on the corner section of the mall with some seating on the side. I ordered a drink on the mobile app and got it within 5 minutes. Staff is efficient and gets the job done. Location is on the second floor right across from the food court.
Pretty sad, that not only we pay enough for beverages. Now they charge a cup fee. Come on now... ridiculous...don't you make enough money from people... disgusting. You'll never get my business again. Hopefully others follow suit and bring their money back into Canadian economy. JJ BEAN... ALL THE WAY BETTER TASTE AND QUALITY.
Easy go to for coffee. I prefer to order through the app and pickup and go! Makes it convenient when you’re on the run!
Staff very wonderful and always aim to please. I always come in witha specific drink not on the menu anymore and they do their best to compensate. Very much appreciated.
This barista.. I think her name was nadim/nadin*. She was the best. Amazing customer service skills and wow I have seen her loving attitude to disgruntled customers. She really is truly a gem. Thank you for serving me with kindness (sorry I wasn’t able to grasp your name properly but you were awesome)
A nice place to stop & sit with a drink.
Found a nice quiet place to work, and then there was shift change. The music got turned up like it's a fricking nightclub. I asked a fellow patron if it was too loud, or just me, and they emphatically agreed it was too loud. Another patron beside us also agreed. Off to Tim Hortons....
Great customer service listens and always gets your order correct.
