They NEVER get my order right... and I make sure to repeat it and make them repeat it twice "iced latte" and then I get a hot drink... ??♀️
Worst Starbucks i been to. I saw reviews afterwards and they are all true. Drink tastes like water, Starbucks should look into it ,maybe faulty machines or lack of staff training.
I'm a bit put off that they don't have dedicated wifi, and it's noisier than I'd like, but young undergraduates are understandably excited. ...I must be getting old, but not altogether conducive to work or reading.
Impressive barista who graciously solved a problem leaving me one very happy customer. Wow!
Long lines, slow to take orders. My coffee often tastes burnt
The server drops the empty cup when i order my coffee, she picks it up from the floor and without washing her hands and still uses the dirty cup to make my drink! Is this Starbucks style now? Or just this one SPECIAL? 711 won't reuse an empty cup that was dropped on the floor!
Get your order wrong all the time. Drink taste like water or really off. Not hot enough. Probably the lowest quality starbucks I have ever been to. Can not collect points because it is owned by SFU.
I agree with all the recent negative reviews unfortunately. The lady at the till made a complete disaster of our order giving us 2 turkey sandwiches instead of 1 sausage egg and also failed to give us a drink. Even on the 2nd attempt, we didn't get the drink. How can someone be so bad at their job? I don't go to Starbucks expecting the world's greatest service but this place is outrageously bad. The management in charge of this place should give their head a shake if they don't do something to fix this gong show.
Waited in line with family before the store closed (inside the building) finally got to front of line to order exactly at closing time and they wouldn’t serve. I’ll never go here again, absolutely terrible service. If you don’t want to serve people that have waited in line before the closing time then maybe you should lock the doors… or have someone go to the front and turn people away before they wait in a line…
The only down side is you can’t order ahead for pickup. (Would also love to see Nitro on the menu)The location is run by SFU food services staff.
