We had a nice birthday party at Burnaby Central Railway and we wanted to do take out pizza that was not from a chain restaurant.The delivery was great and the pizza was really good. The Chicken Ranch was probably our favorite.
I just moved back to my old neighbourhood after many years, so a lot of new restaurants and felt like pizza. I called and spoke to Cuffbert, who was the best, ever so friendly and helpful. The pizza, wings and salad were delicious and delivered quickly by the friendly driver Sean, thank you. I will definitely be ordering from Stan’s Pizza Joint again soon. A hidden gem in North Burnaby!Delicious pizza in the "old school" vein. Crust is balanced and light, topping ratio is strong, you can get classic styles or let your imagination run.The wings are super tasty and the salads are solid, but the star of the show is in the name.Stan is indeed the man.
I ordered a small Joint Full Load pizza and the Hat Trick Special. The delivery was fast. Pizza was warm. The only thing was that there were ALOT of mushrooms.
Pies were great how ever wish the tomatoes were sliced instead of diced cause they just fall off the pizza, the cheese bread would be great with some Santa fe ranch staff was great
First-time customer here.We ordered delivery this morning at 11:15am and the pizza arrived at 1:25pm. Granted, they informed me when i called that the pizza will take 45-1hr to arrive. Then they called again at 12:30 to say it will be 20 more min, “do we still want it?”.The pizza: we went for the seafood delight and western omelette (they have super creative names/options).It was “good Pizza”. Just Good because it was lacking some kind of wow factor or because we were really “hangry” by the time it finally showed.?? there are so many pizza places in the area these days, i am surprised this one was swamped with orders. We probably ordered the wrong stuff.
The restaurant design is dated but pick-up service is fast and convenient. The pizza is loaded and full of flavours. I tried the Stan’s beef (one of the more expensive ones) and it was not my favourite (bbq sauce was too sweet for me) but the Hawaiian was good.
Omg the pizza here is fantastic. The crust is nice and light and delicious. Will drive from abbotsford for the great pizza and fabulous service.
Decided to try Stans on a whim and it paid off big time! I haven’t had pizza this good since I was a kid. Ordered the Slapshot Special. The crust, the sauce, the toppings, the way they put it all together, it all ends up turning into a cosmic deliciousness of a pizza. Can’t wait until next time. This place is truly a pizza gem!
Good Value and OK quality, the lady there reminds me of the soup nazzi from Seinfeld though
