We had our wedding at this venue this year and Bradley and his team made sure that we had everything we needed. We continuously received compliments on the food from our guests. Bradley was so accommodating with our needs and keeping us up to date with all the changing COVID restrictions to keep us prepared for the day.Thankfully, we were able to have the wedding of our dreams and Kevin, the supervisor for our event, made sure both myself and my wife were continuously cared for and attended to. I could not thank Kevin enough for his hospitality and care for us. The staff was phenomenal and kept us and our wedding planner up to date with the liquor consumption throughout the night.This has to be one of the prettiest venues in the city. We just wished we had taken more photos of us around because each corner looks like it’s straight out of a brochure. The venue gave all of our vendors sufficient time to access and do their part for the decor/florals.
Loved the food at this restaurant. Although dine out was over, they still technically extended it by having a three course menu for $39. The salad was AMAZING. I just loved the different vegetables and the cheese paired together with the greens and I will probably end up making this at home now. The clam chowder was just okay.. although it's supposed to be a seafood chowder, it tasted a lot like chicken which was very strange. Then we realized that there were actual chicken pieces in the soup. I think it should be advertised as a chicken and clam chowder because I was thrown off by the flavor. The lobster burger tasted just as good as it looked. The fries were good too. Strong entree overall. The dessert, which was a coffee crisp dessert, was just alright for me because I don't love coffee and I was so full by the end of the meal.For $39, this is an amazing deal. The lobster burger meal itself is $38 so we are really glad we went here.
This is a beautiful facility, the greens are nice and driving range is great as a non-golfer. The food services is fantastic and a very beautiful space for a business lunch or even a lunch date!The staff are so kind providing great service, and the buildings are just amazing. This place is open to public for lunch with really good pricing.
Excellent food, atmosphere, and prices. Thoroughly enjoyed the Dine Out menu; from the warm vegetable root salad, lobster burger, to the coffee crisp dessert, they were all fabulously done and absolutely delicious. Loved the presentation of the lobster burger, everything was stacked up high. Wonderful textures in the coffee crisp dessert, the pistachios and cherries were a nice touch. Would definitely come back for more. COVID-19 safety measures in place; it's a spacious dining hall, so everyone was more than well spaced apart.
$39 Dine Out Vancouver experience was very enjoyable. With a 5:30 pm reservation time, not that many tables were occupied, but most tables were filled by the time we left. Reservations are hard to come by at the Clubhouse, and it's always a popular choice for DOV. The warm root vegetable salad had an assortment of textures and veg, very tasty. The New York steak was cooked just right (medium rare), and had a generous portion. Paid extra for the lobster tail. The dessert was a coffee crisp with layers, crushed pistachio, chocolate and cherries. It was a nice way to cap off the meal, and what we felt was a bit more creative than the cheesecake. Filling meal and well worth the price.
We come here for the 3 courses for Christmas. This is not the first time we have been here and it is a delight.There isn't much to see at night and the restaurant is more like a banquet hall. They decorate the place with lots of Christmas trees and lights and are beautiful.I can't say enough if the value you get from here. I can't find a better place for the price.BTW, this is a city owned facility and no one would know.
Very nice building, the architecture looks great. Very clean and friendly staff. Make sure you book a reservation before going. I find the menu was a little limited but everything we tried was very good. The steak was perfectly cooked and $7 for a 3oz lobster tail addon is a great deal and was cooked perfect like the steak. The price of everything is completely reasonable. I will 100% be coming back as service and food was very good. This would be 5 stars if they had a better selection of alcoholic drinks. The prices are reasonable however not many selections on drink menu and they couldn't create 2 basic drinks both because of missing ingredients. Food and service 5 stars these guys get 5 stars. Maybe next time they will have more drink ingredients so I can update this review.
Large eating area and Covid protocols firmly in place. ID and Vax cert required as per provincial regs. Food was excellent at the buffet and service was prompt, courteous and professional. Venue is a little noisy due to the acoustics of the room. Being heard over the room echo requires a little effort but its manageable
Great service, beautiful setting, tasty food with big portions, awesome value. Suitable to eat with family, for a date night, or after a round of golf. Versatile ambiance! I also like their Burnaby Mountain location.
I’ve been here few times before plus a wedding and honestly don’t remember the food. Last night I came for a girls night out and got the 3 course meal. The salad was ok, it had crab meat and one avocado stuffed ball.The New York steak and lobster was just ok… the flavours was missing something and the steak wasn’t the best cut in my opinion.The dessert was canelli with espresso ice cream. The ice cream with espresso was delicious, however, the canelli looked burnt and was overdone.Overall I would come for the atmosphere and wonderful service. But food is average because it really isn’t quite fine dining.
