Went here for a free birthday burger. The system was not working but the manager honoured the discount anyway! Ordered the ‘Keep It Simple’ burger w/ Steak Fries and it was delicious.
I've been eating here quite a few times recently only using skipped the dishes haven't physically been to the restaurant in a while. The food's really good I definitely recommend it not sure why they have such a low rating on skip.
I've been a couple of times because it's close to me and convenient. Hasn't been particularly good on any occasion. 50/50 chance your burger is undercooked, as pictured though hard to see. Take away orders they often forget add ons and upgrades, this order had an extra patty added for $3.00 that never made it onto the burger. Only redeeming quality keeping it from being one star is the bar tender on site is good.
It's a tradition for me to come here every year for my birthday.When we arrived the hostess did not greet us. She went to help another group then comes back five minutes later. She brought us to the table and did not say anything. She didn't even smile at all, she was probably having a bad day but not sure if I can give her a pass on it for the zero effort.Our server seemed nice at first. We received our order but she did not bother to check in on us even though she walked by a few times. I mentioned it was my birthday to redeem my free burger but it wasn't deducted from the bill. When she came back, the wrong item was deducted but I paid anyways because I didn't want to deal with it anymore. She didn't say bye or thank you either.The burger was good but the yam fries were way over cooked.I used to love coming here but definitely won't be coming back to this location.
It was decent to be able to sit dine in with hungry stomach. The customer support from staff was excellent. We returned our kids pizza due to having plastic on it. The manager was accommodating in giving the kids free meal for the night. Me and my wife had split our meal with having chicken ceaser wrap with poutine on the side. The chicken wrap was excellent however the poutine could of been made better. The gravy was very thick and small amount with cheese curds not melted. I was pretty hungry at the time to not wanting to wait for another order decided to eat have but hoping they can fix the issue in the future.
Had a fantastic dinner this evening with my immediate family and relatives. Amanda was our server and she was super personable, attentive, and checked up on us very often which we appreciated. Additionally, the food was absolutely delicious. Our burgers were very tasty and the fries were crispy and the right temperature. We eat quite frequently at this location, but this was definitely one of our best experiences!
What an amazing place for burgers! Absolutely delicious juicy burgers with so many topping options and a styles and unlimited refills on the drinks and sides! The presentation looked great too. Such an awesome dining experience. The decor inside is also clean, welcoming, and American Diner like. Loved it! They also have a birthday deal where you get a free burger with a side in the month of your birthday.Tried the Mad Love burger with Caesar Salad. Loved the candied bacon and the jalapeño jelly toppings . The Monster burger was also cool looking and cheesy. The fries are also very tasty like the chips you get with fish and chips in the UK and they have all sorts of sugary fruity lemonade. I wanna try their milkshakes next time.Loved it!
Went with large family and the staff were very accommodating at the last minute. The food was good and they had endless toppings and drinks. All were good for the price. Main negative was the lack of flavour in all the sauces and over-frying of shrimps, chicken nuggets and cod.
ZERO STARS!! I only gave 5 stars so you would see my bad review. We checked the website for hours cause we would never go unless there was plenty of time. We know how it works. Says open till 10pm. Got there at 8:45pm and waited 10 mins for a seat. Just as we sat down the server says “I’m putting in the last order, do you know what you want?” I said for what?? Food?? He say ya we close at 9pm. We said no thanks and got up. As we left we told the hostess that if you were closing you could have said something. This poor girl looked shocked and said they close at 10pm. I loved Red Robins before it closed in Alberta but I guess they don’t want to be open here either. Too bad.
Great big family restaurant with plenty of menu options. Loved how they take their COVID safety protocols seriously and advise customers as they’re being seated. It got quite busy in the afternoon (12pm to 2pm) as they may have been understaffed. But the food was still great!
