So delicious! I always love how fast service is at ramen places. Ramen Gaoh is no exception. Missing 1 star because the beansprouts are overwhelming. Everything else is top notch! ?1st review and photo from 2 years ago. Take out is today. Still had to dig to find the noodles. Almost no meat on the pork. Not much in terms of noodles either. Paid $15 for mostly beansprouts and fat....

Thickest chashu slices I've gotten from a ramen place in lower mainland yet. Good noodles, extremely rich broth.

Decent ramen for North Burnaby area. Promptly seated; bright environment; noise level depending on how busy and time of day; food came promptly after waiting. Wait staff standard for these type of restaurants (flag for service). Food not standout amazing but does the trick if craving ramen.

Hands down, my favourite ramen place in the entire mainland. May even be my favourite restaurant. They know what they are doing and have perfected a custom miso mix straight from Japan (3 different prefectures)

I’ve been here over 20+ times during 2021, the Tsukumen is always my choice, absolutely delicious. That changed today (1/15/22), it was very salty, lost a lot of flavour, came with a ridiculous amount of noodles, all the while, the yuzu shio that was ordered had a laughable amount of noodles.. that one tasted fine. Hope things change, I’ll give it 1 more try down the line before going to another location.

We tried some black garlic, yuzu, spicy miso ramens. It was a great experience and taste were great.

Yuzu Shio Ramen has a fragrant, light soup that isn’t too salty. There is a good amount of toppings including wontons, half an egg, and Chicken slices that are tender and juicy. The noodles are thin and chewy; easy for slurping. The portion seems just adequate for when you’re looking for a light meal.

Hmm service was ok but food was just so so. They just fried the chicken with no any flavor, and the sauce was not good too…

We often eat at the ramen place just few doors down but heard about a lot about this place. Nice decor, typical Japanese. Very friend staff, good seating. Lots to choose but we ordered the 2 popular ramen, spicy miso and black garlic. Both were very tasty and you get 1 free extra ramen if you need. We also had the Okonomi Gyoza which was very nice as well. Definitely a good spot if you're craving some ramen.
