Not sure about other flavours but the Thai Milk tea was disappointing.I usually get a Thai milk tea at Chatime but decided to try it at Presotea.It had some sort of coffee flavour mixed in for some reason and I think they use a powder tea which doesn’t give a fresh tea taste.My husband’s brown sugar milk drink was still good though.
Solid 4 Stars!Staff are friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with, I was the only customer in store so my order was quick. Tea tasted great! The pearls are a bit rubbery for my liking.
Passed by this place before and the aromas of tea got our interest. Tried their signature fruit tea with no sugar added and less ice, tasted great. Staffs were friendly too.
Honestly I was quite surprised by the quality of the drinks! Generally speaking, the toppings were quite average. I wouldn't say that the pearls or jelly were particularly chewy or tasty. What really blew me away was the tea. It is extremely fresh and aromatic. I loved watching them brew my tea and it balanced very well with my drink. I think it's a pretty decent place considering that many other places charge more for less quality.

I’m a huge bubble tea fan! And this is one of my go to places!They just added soy milk and I’m really happy. The Oolong tea is great. The toppings are good no matter what you choose, and the staff are extremely friendly.It’s not cheap BUT no bubble tea is! At least here you get a good size cup!Love going to Sephora then coming here!
I must admit.. from the soft opening and the poor reviews, I was a bit hesitant to try out this BBT joint Presotea Canada 鮮茶道. However, much to my absolute delight; I am super stoked I gave it. Try and actually found a new favorite!! I got the Matcha Red Bean Slush 抹茶紅豆冰沙 which tastes awesome! A perfect go-to option on a warm sunny day to enjoy. Super refreshing, plentiful portion of red adzuki beans and a good size beverage.Staff were also super friendly, location is sweet and super convenient in the basement of the mall and just a minute from the skytrain.My friend got the Cheese Cream Milk Tea 芝士奶蓋奶茶 and he also said it's one of the best he's ever had!The menu is also really vast, catering lots of different options and great levels of customization. They also now offer Soy milk alternatives at this branch which is great!! So happy to see and will be a reason I'll try a fresh Milk Tea next time.100% will be visiting this joint again soon!
Lots of options on the menu and they have a dairy free option. Staff are very friendly. I just wish my slushy tea was a bit more slushy! Other than that, this place is great.
The staff here were really good at helping me decide what to get and assisted me in customizing my beverage exactly to my liking. It was a great experience!
