This used to be a very good place where I can get some healthy food at reasonable price, I have order at least 70 times from them using food delivery service. But they became another terrible restaurant recently. Not only the price was raised by over 30%, they also giving substantially less food in the bowl. I usually would order chicken breast as the protein, in the past there are around 8 to 10 piece of chicken breast in the bowl, but in the most recent order, they are only giving 3, yes 3 piece of chicken breast! Just ridiculous. I cannot say how disappointed I am with my recent experiences, would never order again.
I absolutely love Pokerrito! Such delicious food and I love to customize my bowl. The prices are definitely worth it because even the small bowl is a generous amount of food! There are so many options for many different dietary restrictions. I made a note on my order that I have celiac and cannot have any gluten, and they phoned me and said that some of my selections contained gluten. They were very helpful and accommodating.Highly recommend!
Market Crossing Pokerrito is by far my favourite place in the lower mainland to get Poke!They have many delicious toppings to choose from such as Aji tuna, shrimp, sockeye salmon, Masago, avocado, pineapple, edamame, and much much more. I have allergies so I have to be careful of what I eat. Pokerrito is very careful to make sure I get exactly what I ask for without contamination.The service is lovely too! The people working there are friendly and Conscientious. You can order in, or order through their app. Either way they are quick and easy to deal with! I know what I am having for supper tomorrow- do you?
Pokerrito was my first poke experience when they first opened. All because of them, I am hooked on poke! These guys are the best - fresh ingredients and a large variety. The bowls are huge! and staff are always very friendly
Everything was so fresh, and tasty. I opted for a large rice bowl, with the intention of leaving some for later; but it was too good and before I knew it I had finished it all.Will definitely be back!
My husband and I always get Pokérrito for dinner and while I feel that the regular bowl is more than enough for me, my husband gets the large bowl and we actually finish it. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They also have cookies, madeleines and macarons. So good!
Best poke bowl I've ever had! All the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious, I loved the kale noodles, and not every poke place will torch the fish but this place does and it makes such a difference! Absolutely delicious food. Thank you to the entire team for providing incredible eats during the pandemic!
Ordered many times and loved the food until recently. Our most recent order through skip arrived with the paper bag not sealed and their so called safety sticker not put on properly. I inquired with the restaraunt and they said if you order 3 bowls then the bag won't seal properly. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one ordering 3 bowls. Figure it out people. I prefer to order from places that care about food safety and prevent tampering. Pokerrito no longer care about this. Won't be ordering again. Throwing the food out as the delivery driver seemed shady and the food was either tossed around or someone messed with it. YUCK!!!. Waste of $75.00
Unfortunately when the app is broken and certain items aren't available for selection, requesting it in store isn't an option. Rather, customer will get belittled and charged for the items. Don't order through the app!Big picture and customer retention vs. losing 50 cents.
This place was different and enjoyable. Different because it had, raw fish including spicy, spicy tuna, salmon and normal tuna. These pieces were cut , into cubes, with many other toppings including, corn onions edamame almonds tomatoes ,all types of different sauces there is so many I can't even remember all of them, I had trouble eating the food at first but after it had sat for about an hour I was great!! It wasn't Adventures dish that I would try again. Delicious. White rice at the bottom!
