The least efficient pizza hut I've been to. I get there to pick up my 2 personal pizzas, the screen says my order is ready. Walk up to pay, the shift manager says "I'm cutting them now". I can see them sitting there, not cut. She then walks away, and starts speaking in another language with other staff. Another staff member comes to the till and I get to pay. Now the one "cutting" my pizza is still doing no pizza cutting. Waiting some more as the multiple staff stand talking in another language, I ask if anyone could cut my pizzas... Shift manager says "it's getting cut now". It was not getting cut, still not moved from the oven rack... I say "no, nobody is cutting it". So finally someone pulled themselves away from standing and talking to cut my pizzas and bring them over. Worst service at a pizza hut ever.
Hair in the dough.I ordered few pizza and there was a long hair in the dough I called them multiple time but thire line is bussy.and also only one of my slice of pizza had green pepper ?????
I wish I could give them zero stars. I used the website to place an order, and they decide to cancel it at the last minute, while telling me that the money I spent will be refunded in 2-3 business days. That's money I needed to buy food, and now I have to go to sleep hungry thanks to them. I asked them if they could transfer the order to a pizza hut close to me, and the manager asked ME to contact them... You're the one canceling my order because I'm supposedly outside your delivery zone. Can't you find a way to make sure your customers are satisfied? Unbelievable... I wouldn't recommend this pizza hut even if they were the last one on the planet.
The person who served us was so rude.We asked for chilli flakes and oregano she said we don’t give those things here.Very bad place to dine in.
A nice place to order basic Pizza Hut pizza. Ordered a large Canadian pizza and it was ready within ten minutes. Got it with extra sauce and they put on a decent amount!The staff were really friendly and I want to point out that these guys taking and making my order were extremely helpful and friendly. Good service for your basic decent pizza.The only negative that I would point out is that the pizza could of been cooked a bit more to be more crunchier but otherwise it was tasty and what you would expect from a Pizza Hut.
The pizza itself was tasty, the business practice is shady. When I came into pick up my order they had another order sitting there and tried to sell it to me for half off. At first I thought it was courteous but then realized they were trying to profit off of a pizza that had been sitting there.
Picked up a pie the other day. There's a gent that works for them, not sure his role, but he's always hanging in the front wearing shorts a blue coat face shield and high visibility vest. I was legally parked out front and he comes lippin off about how I can get a ticket for parking there. I let him know he's wrong and he continues grumbling in bewilderment. Won't be going back. Maybe tell dingus mcdouche to stop harrasing your customers. Just a thought

My go-to Pizza chain. I usually get Hawaiian, Meat Lovers or Supreme. Tasty and efficient delivery.Ordered online last night and was sad to see Hawaiian and pineapple in general was missing from the menu/toppings list Supply chain issues? Though Dominoes down the road had it.This time I went with Butter Chicken Pizza. It was okay. Was better the next day actually. Not as good as Fresh Slice's Butter Chicken Pizza though which was suprising because their other pizza is bland.I'd usually give this place 5 stars but will sadly have to knock 2 stars off for the lack of pineapple and lack of flavour in their Butter Chicken Pizza.
This location uses to be great now they've hired rude liars, some Indian man kept lying when I called in to switch my order to delivery! Oh we can't do that cause you paid online... Oh I can't cancel cause it's already made! (I literally called in right after placing my order it wasn't even made yet lol) that Ahole even yelled in my ear when I said cancel it! Now I get to wait 10 business days before my refund. It better show up or I'll go down there and personally get a refund!
