Ordered from skip last night chicken with rice noodle soup and an order of spring rolls. Prior to ordering I had called to ask if vegetables could be added and was instructed to request to add extra meat and in the notes let them know it was vegetables instead. When the food arrived they had given extra noodles instead.The chicken was dry and the spring rolls were average.Taste 2/5 - Presentation 2/5 - Value 2/5 - Service 2/5
Horrible customer service! They don’t even greet you properly, just ask if it’s eat in or take out. When paying for my food, she doesn’t even talk and say how much or anything. Just stood there staring at me. I ordered pho #11 and it was not good! Broth tasted old, especially the beef!!! I didn’t even eat the beef, just ate the noodle and bean sprout! So disappointed

Server didnt talk to me at all, didn’t say hello or goodbye, how it the food or anything. Soup broth was tasteless, had to add so much hoison and siracha. Literally tasted like water. Noodles were over cooked and mushy. Not impressed. Didn’t even want to finish eating …
Easy online ordering. Clean and very reasonable prices. And portions sizes are in keeping with the prices. Quick service.
I find Vietnamese food salty but this one isn’t. Obviously less sodium, yet very tender and tasty. Portion is good, Pricing is good too. I’m becoming a regular.

Pho Edmonds is AngryRussian and my favorite Pho restaurant in the world. We come here at least once a week and order the same things mostly every time.

Pretty decent portion for its price. Soup base was pretty good - did not feel thirsty afterward. Fast service.
