Nice addition to the Edmonds area. Restaurant is clean, bright, and spacious. Service is typical to Pho restaurants, flag for any type of service.Price to portion ratio is good and the large actual felt like a large.Ordered the Northern Pho , House Special, and Deep fried squid all were fairly tasty. The squid I believe can come in half portion, but we opted for the full. It was incredibly crunchy and did not taste greasy at all. Their iced coffee with condensed milk was one of the best I’ve had -strong bold and flavorful. All in all, it’s a place I would happily return to and also recommend.Tip: Free parking inside the shopping complex (enter driveway to left of business).

Pho 68 had generous portions, and although the taste was a bit more bland than other places I’ve been to, the quality was noticeable both times I’ve been.Their vermicelli chicken with spring roll dish was cooked to perfection! The spring rolls were not overly dry, and the chicken was tender and moist, as opposed to being over or under cooked.Would recommend trying their house special pho as well. Hearty broth, decent portion.

I was in the neighbourhood and looked for a pho restaurant. I need to make sure it had a four star rating and good (not fake) reviews. I came here and tried it!This pho restaurant didn’t disappoint me. The interior design is more modern and contemporary comparing to old ones on Kingsway, Vancouver. Obviously the restaurant is new. Servers were friendly and attentive.Customers here were multicultural. I am talking about Chinese, Korean, Indian, Vietnamese, Caucasians, etc. it was great! That means people from different cultures like to eat Vietnamese food. The menu had some unique dishes and traditional dishes, but I could only try a few of them. My husband and I ordered a spring roll combo, which included a deep fried spring roll and two salad rolls (one shrimp and one sausage or ham). All of them were good and they came with different peanut butter sauce and fish sauce. The chef had put effort to create a more unique spring roll. It was different from the traditional ones I had been eating on Victoria and Kingsway in Vancouver. We also ordered two pho on their special menu - House Special and Northern Vietnamese style noodle soup with ginger minced steak. The latter one tasted great and I could rarely have this flavour in other Vietnamese restaurants.Pricing was reasonable. I would like to come back and try their beverages and other dishes. In terms of parking, there is street parking, or we prefer to park at the commercial parking in the building. This neighborhood is not new but the building is new with some new restaurants. It’s good to explore many things on the same street as well.

Good portions, I love that they give you plenty of noodles and toppings. Some Pho place skimp on beef steak, tendons, chicken, pork etc. But I find I'm very satisfied with the amount they give. Their rice dishes feature a lot of meat as well. The tendons in the Pho are soft and clean.Their northern style Pho (#2) is a nice touch to their menu. It has grilled thin sliced soft meat, caramelized onions, and ginger. Only thing I would improve on is to reduce the amount of oil that ends up in the pho broth. My bowl had a thick layer of oil which didn't taste good when I tried to finish the noodles as it coats the strands and reduces the tastes and flavours. In the end I didn't finish my bowl because it was too oily.We did dine in and Take out and noticed that the take out was done well. Well packed and organized.Vegetarian pho is ok. Nothing to write home about, but it's an option on the menu. There's also vegetarian spring rolls.Regular southern pho (#1) is average, good.I love their boneless fried chicken! It comes with sweet and sour Thai sauce. The condiments are good, chili oil is decent spice. The everything coconut dessert is a hidden gem! Better than Tina's dessert. They clean frequently and check covid passports. The smell of their cleaner is a little strong.Overall a good staple to the neighborhood and their business seems clean and dependable! Open till 10 pm I come here to eat and appreciate the service.

My server, Vi, was so polite and was wearing a warm smile. Clean place, organized. I ordered salad role and Lemongrass Chicken. Beautiful dishes and taste soooo darn good!

Good vietnamese restaurant in the area. Ordered the pho #1 and #2. The #1 pho tasted average, and the #2 Northern pho tasted good. Only problem with that one is a bit too much oil, as it coated everything. You can see the layer of oil on top of the soup broth.

Staff was very nice, attentive and fast. The price of the meals were average, but the portions were very big! I was also really happy that the pho wasn’t super salty. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the bubble tea.

New pho place in the neighborhood. Would definitely come back. Had the number 2 northern style noodle soup. Good broth, really liked the char grilled taste. Will have to try something else on the menu next time.

Definitely a solid, top tier pho spot! I recommend the beef stew, but don't get large unless you're sharing it with a small family ? It has an EPIC amount of beef in it, I had no chance of being able to finish it lol! But I joke, definitely get the large, because it made the best midnight snack at home! A little tip tho, order it with egg noodles because they don't get as soggy and bloated as the regular rice noodle ? So, I wish I could give half stars, because my reason for not giving a full 100% rating is just the chairs lol. They are fine for the average person, my wife had zero issue, but if you're like me (265+ lbs lol) you're putting your life on the line ? Definitely worth the risk tho!! But the way all four legs flexed and started to splay out as I gingerly sat down Definitely gave me pause for concern hahaha!

Awesome Pho, amazing broth, amazing meat, I had the #12 my friend had the #10 and we had the boneless fried chicken on the side, everything was tasty and we both left full and satisfied
