I tried to over look the first two times I had a horrible experience from this place. First time was a hair in my food. Second time it was the edge of wrapper, as if it was cut off and fell in the food. Now it’s a hair in the food. Makes me think if any food safe guidelines are being followed. You guys washing your hands? Picking your nose above the food? Reusing the broth? Who knows how the food is being prepared or stored. Clearly no hair nets are being worn. Mistakes happen, but this seems to be consistent. I want to puke just thinking about?
Have enjoyed meals here in the past, but lately the quality is slipping. Got take out last night and for almost $20 got a fairly tasteless mess of vegetables with shreds of chicken and a lump of rice . Very disappointing
Not bad for the price, be ready to pay by cash or debit- no credit card. Not too many tables, so for larger groups this place would be difficult to accomodate. Food tasted alright, there are better and there are worse pho I've had.
Used to be one of my go to spots..pre covid.Every single item on the menu doubled in price (which isn’t entirely their fault tbh)Friendly service but I miss the aquarium it seems like the portions became smaller as well, especially the meat portions.The taste of the food is still very good tho.
I have dined at PHO 24 Express many times , the food is excellent and the service is always friendly and efficient . The portions here are very generous and the prices are easy on the budget . I have had pho in many places around Vancouver , this spot is top notch !

The portions were great and so was the food. I've been to a few pho places and this one ranks quite high for me.
Does not taste like vietnamese food at all! I ordered the grilled pork chop noodle soup. The soup is great wonton soup but not what I was expecting. I didn't even bother eating the frozen vegetable medly. The fortune cookie makes me think the owners are not vietnamese. I'll stick to vietnamese owned from now on.
To be honest, it was the worst pho I had ever have. Portion is small and it is not cheap. A lady she did not use hand sanitizer to disinfect after sneezing. Instead she continued to bring the bowl to the front, and she did not wear a mask, I will never come back. Don’t recommend !!!
