Ordered through Skip and honestly everything was really good! Near our house, came fast, and best Chinese I’ve tasted since a long time! We ordered the chow mein, combination, chicken balls and braised tofu and vegetables. Definitely will order here again.
Never tried Chinese food before. But willing to try whenever given the chance to travel to Canada from the US. I love to travel and explore different parts of the world. May God bless the owners of this restaurant and lead them to be successful in their lifes journey.
Ordered takeouts via Uber eats.Short of one item . Called in .. the lady asked me what should she do to settle this? She also put an unsatisfied customer on hold twice to attend to other incoming calls .. no apology given whatsoever.. just kept saying they are busy. Bad service and food is damn bland .. eat at your own cost!!!!
not terrible, but not amazing either. if my favourite chinese restaurant wasn't closed today i wouldn't have come here.i should have had my wonton soup before my plate. the broth looked like boiled water and soy with a little flavouring. the sweet sour pork in my combo was hard and dry, the chow mein was lifeless, and the fried rice pretty much carried the rest of the plate. combo 1 should have chop suey or mix vegtable instead of two starches, it would give the plate more color.it's diffucult to be motivated when no one wants to eat at your restaurant. but every plate counts, including mine. when you make the plate more appetizing, people will come.
I love that you can order combos here! That’s something not found very often. We ordered the dinner for 2 and it was plenty of food. The wonton soup was our favourite part. The sweet and sour chicken was very tender and flavourful. Unfortunately I found the chow mein super dry.. this is usually my favourite dish so I was disappointed in the quality.
Food was so good both my friend and I had combo dinners I had the #1 she had the #3. Very nice sized portions and very tasty. We were given complimentary Chinese tea as we waited for our meals and also during. We were also offered hot and sour soup. I declined but my friend tried it unfortunately it was a little to hot for her liking. The waitress I assume was the owner perhaps was very friendly. And service was fast.Definitely will be my new favorite Chinese food restaurant.
Ordered the Combo 3 from Ubereats (Beef, chicken, steamed vegetables on fried rice) and got a bland meal with the beef missing. Quantity was the only redeeming factor.
The food was great and I give it a 9.5 out of ten. The corn with fish rice is good but the fish’s skin is kind of weird because it is a bit chewy like bubble gum. The curry rice is good but it is a bit too spicy for me. I gave the curry rice a 7 out of ten. (Hehe the pictures are taken after i ate some of it so it’s missing some lol…..)
Love Paul’s bringing burgers and fries to our old carport while we built our tuners. The driver was awesome and food was never a bad price. It wasn’t easy feeding 5 grown men while working but Paul’s always came through
I'm sure there are some great items here in the vast menu. Unfortunately I didn't choose them. I ordered the war wonton and if I could describe it, this would be exactly what a war wonton would taste like if I was a microwaved TV dinner! And not the good hungry man ones at that. This was the most un-tastefull bite of a wonton that I've ever had in all my life. Imagine boiled ground pork with the life squeezed out of it, the chicken was like a wet noodle pulled from a Safeway rotisserie and soaked in water for days, the rubber squid was like an abandoned tennis shoe hanging from the wires. It left me feeling empty inside and contemplating life after a 9 hour day of hard labor. I thought I deserved better than prison meat, boy was I wrong. Once again the gods spread cheeks and ram unflavored bullion beef base soup in f n a$$. Not a spec of seasoning just ground pork and 0 taste. Imagine craving Chinese food not having eaten all day. You open the door and sit down, and all they serve is tree bark with sauce... spring rolls were like the other women's review mentioned, deep fried crust with no filling.
