I ordered two meals and asked for extra tzatziki’s on both, they charged me for it, when I questioned them for charges, they were so rude with me so I ended up canceling my whole order
I have tried several Opa outlets throughout the lower mainland and the one at he food court in Metrotown is still the best. the staff (who I have seen working at this location for several years) are friendly and efficient. not to mention the food is always very good. two thumbs up!! ?
Compare to greek food it is just not that delicious!Especially the chicken souvlaki is not well marinated.
Bought a rice meal with chicken and found a small plastic bag on my food. This was my second incident, be careful and check your food.Food was ok, chicken small and taste plain.
I swung by on a whim/craving for lunch. Initially hesitant due to the reviews from others, but this totally redeemed itself and was a flawless knockout. Would certainly return, super yummy and a much better fresh experience than other falafel-style eateries I have visited. I was surprisingly impressed by this and would certainly recommend.
Got the falafel pita wrap, and would definitely recommend for a tasty vegetarian option! Was a good portion but if you're hungry you might want to add extras and make it into meal deal
The chubby Asian girl with the fake eyelashes are extremely rude, when I ask new girl ( under training) if she can put rice a little bit more,(less than every other time) that Asian girl jump in say”no, that’s the set, she did the right thing”, I don’t want to argue, just let she finish, and the fake eyelashes Asian girl ask me if I need bag, I said yes, after 1 minute, the new girl ask me again if I need bag, I said yes, then here that Asian girl come again, tell me I don’t have to be this rude, I told her, I am not rude, but the way you talk to me like this is my first time here, I don’t know anything, and I told her, this is going to be my last time here, she said “ that’s fine, who cares!”I ‘ve been to this location at least once a week, every time I am enjoy the food and time here, no problems at all until this time.
Calamari is flavorless but tastes okay with dip sauce. It's bit pricey. Good service.
The staff working there Afshar is super friendly and has the best customer service! Afshar is very prompt. the food was delicious. I would go back there, highly recommend it
