Downloaded their app to order online. Was sent a welcome reward of one free topping. But it cannot be redeemed via app and we must order at the store. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having an app to order via app?We ordered 2 drinks today. One with crystal tapioca, one with brown sugar tapioca. The crystal ones were perfectly fine. However, all the brown sugar ones were not cooked through the middle, so they were very hard to chew. For a bubbletea shop that highlights tapioca as their specialty I was quite surprised & disappointed with their quality control today.
Service is always good here. I got the Dirty Jasmine latte with pearls. The pearls were perfectly smooth and chewy. The drink has a light jasmine aroma and it's now of my favorites!
I ordered a sesame bubble tea. The store was out of sesame paste and pearls. And they decided that plain milk and pearls was a suitable substitute but claimed it still had paste. It's still very good but I'd double check ones order or suggestions before leaving the store.

Usually one of my favorite bubble tea places, but I was a bit disappointed at the brown sugar oolong latte. I asked for the recommended sugar level and the guy did not know what he was recommending. He said 0% sugar is what's recommended because the brown sugar should be sweet enough. However, the drink was watered down and the sugar level was definitely not enough. I usually enjoy low sugar drinks, but this drink was not enjoyable :(
Good bubble tea with a variety of different types of pearls. There is usually quite a few people here, given that, the service is slow. The bubble tea tastes good, and the pearls did as well. Good offering in the area for bubbletea.
Drinks are good, pearls don't give me as much indigestion. Generally happy with coming here. Went today and it smelled like sewage gas. Not sure if they were just doing a lot of cleaning with chemicals. But having better air circulation in there would be helpful. Floors were wet and slippery, no signs put out. Pearls were also a bit raw tasting. Hope the staff will keep up with maintaining quality of drinks and cleanliness of store. Would hate to see this place go downhill.
