The older Chinese man who’s usually the server doesn’t come to your table to see if you’d like more water or tea. He also has a robot serving tables. So why would anyone give them a tip. TIP MEANS: TO INSURE PROPER SERVICE. You do not get proper service at this restaurant ?.ZERO TIPS FOR POOR SEEVICE!!!
The owners were so nice, so polite, and they have a cat robot server!!! Kids will love it. Food was good and prices were decent.
Just dined there with friends visiting in town. We splurged - they loved it, we loved it, a few beers. Food was great. So was the service. I've been hear before several times with my partner, and by my lonesome too. Never had a problem and the owner has always been cordial. I'll be back this summer when more friends come into town. Whatever these naysayers are saying,...take it with a grain of salt. It seems they have some personal agenda against the owner for whatever reason. Same personality types when they read twitter kife and go on a rampage. He's a nice guy operating this place for some time now. Good reasonable priced food.
Good food, the staff were neat to interact with. Robot serving cat was also entertaining. First time there for a birthday party so we took up 2 of the big round tables. Would go to again, don't go in a rush.
FRAUD !!, We had a family lunch and were presented with a bill that was ALL different prices than were printed on the menu. I enquired and was told those were the prices only for one person and a group had to pay more and specials did not apply to a party of five. This is blatant fraud and I started wondering how many people have paid the bill without noticing that he was charging a different price than posted on the menu. When I confronted him he said if you don't like it go to McDonalds. This is totally unacceptable and we as consumers should not stand for it.
Most of the time I order over the phone and pick it up. Big servings, nice people, awesome dishes although there are times that the food is too greasy but it still good!
The staff are very kind and the food is overall good (pricing and taste wise)! I just think that some foods just need a bit more flavour — like the sweet and sour pork. My family usually goes to this restaurant 3-5 times a year and the food never gets old.?
Ordered two dishes on DoorDash. Order arrived with my name on it with four dishes I didn't order. Called the restaurant about if and he tried to assert that you paid for two and now you have four dishes. I told him I wanted the specific dishes I ordered.To their credit, they sent the proper dishes but before the end of the call he asked if they could have the food back. I asked him if he was certain since we already opened the dishes. The delivery person didn't try to take the food back.The food did not taste overly fresh. Wonton soup was basic and bland. Deep fried cod tasted like it was cooked with old oil.After reading all of the other reviews, it is obvious this restaurant is run with a "Cha Bu Duo" mentality. They mix up orders regularly and it sounds like the bathrooms are not even maintained.Save yourself the trouble. Eat at Pink Pearl, Sun Sui Wah, Fortune City Seafood Restaurant, to name a few, instead.
Our whole family of ten got hot spicy crispy squid, prawns and wonton that were fresh beautiful and delicious mango pudding. Service was kind fast in busy night!
They made my order wrong and they were making it again when I suggest that maybe they not put so much sauce if the noodles were suppose to be crispy. At that point the owner told me no to come again cause I was too much trouble. At least I got my money back though...btw had to At least give 1 star, that they don't even deserve
