Must admit it's good place! Experienced and cheerful personnel, reasonable prices and day's special portion so big you won't be able to eat it.

I work for one of the corporate company nearby, didn’t even knew the place until I started exploring . Now I can’t stop going there . .. fresh and absolutely delicious!!! Menu has variety of pastries and brunch items.. fresh indeed !! Carries some homemade soups too ?

Our experience was very disappointing. There were 7 members of staff who were shouting at each other, which meant the person taking our order couldn't hear us.The food, a turkey sandwich, was greasy and only had cucumber in, which I expressly asked not to have, which I am allergic to.The tables were not clean and I can definitely say I will not be returning.

Was excited to visit after reading other people reviews, but the only things I've enjoyed is a service and interior design. It wasn't very cheap (26$ for two sandwiches, one small desert and one cup of hot chocolate) and non of the food was tasty. Not very filling either, so not quite sure what to enjoy there.

I had the chicken panini with coleslaw, it was very good. My brother frequently comes here for lunch, and thought I'd enjoy it.

Great place for dairy products, organic and regular. Interesting place to grab a coffee, latte or capachino or a bite to eat . Great homemade muffins and other tasty treats and soups ,eat in or take out . Great ice cream as well and not far from Fraser Foreshore Park for a nice walk along the Fraser River. Something different.

Went fir breakfast. They just had few sandwiches and a small place to sit. Didn't try the sandwiches but must be good as I saw plenty of people lined up.

It's simultaneously a retail store (for Avalon Dairy products) a bottle depot and a restaurant. Everything on offer in the restaurant is very well made; the food is reliably tasty. My wife is addicted to their beef dip sandwich (only on Saturdays) but I also come sometimes during the week. Avalon organic ice cream is absolutely terrific.

It's a bit out of the way but worth the trip. The food is fresh and the staff are super friendly. And don't forget to try the ice cream ?

Went there with Tony and had the beef tip and I have to say that was one tasty beef dip if only I could eat three or four more I would.Keep up the good work Old farmhouse kitchen ?
