I love the food so I keep coming back. The thing is there is always this one server that never writes the ordees down, so she either screws up the order and has to go back and fix it, or comes to re-confirm the order 2-3 times. Otherwise all is good.
I would give it 0 stars if I could because of the fact that I specifically called and asked politely if my order was ok if they were making it and if they added the extra charge I was cool with because I asked for extras. My God! They didn't even have my order registered then they canceled it! Thank you for nothing you guys are s$#×÷ and I will never bother good luck with your bull$#@÷! Pathetic when you could have been honest and gained a customer for life I was going to waste 80$ on you guys but clearly it's a waste of time!!!! Good riddance!!! I WILL honestly make sure no one I know will bother with your business
It was the first time in a long time to be at a Sushi restaurant...The decor was relaxed with a mix of tables and booths.Had the Lunch Bento special with the beef teriyaki - this Benton special offers chicken teriyaki with green salad, 6 pieces of California roll, two deep fried gyozas, a nice dollop of wasabi and ginger, with a small bowl of their miso soup.All of the offerings were fresh and were very delicious... this made the dining experience much more pleasant. What was really different with this place is that the soya sauce was chilled... first time to try that...All in all, this restaurant was enjoyable. A good place to break the prolonged sushi-less fast...
this is my FAVORITE sushi restaurant ever, I eat here at least once a week, servers are so sweet and all staff greets you and says goodbye to you. Food is awesome and fresh and the service is fast and efficient. I will always come here no doubt.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE - FOUND STRANDS OF HAIR IN MY FOOD. I NORMALLY DO NOT LEAVE A BAD REVIEW, THE MANAGER DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE OR EVEN GET ME A NEW DISH. I NORMALLY DO NOT LEAVE A BAD REVIEW BUT THIS TIME I JUST HAD TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR CLEANLINESS AND MANNERS. THE WAITRESS WAS REALLY RUDE TO, GIVING ATTITUDE TO MY FRIENDS AND I, AND JUST SLAMMING THE DISH HARD ON OUR TABLE. THIS PLACE DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR AT ALL, SEEMS LIKE THE OWNER HAS CHANGED. THEY USE TO BE GOOD WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Good food. Prices are better and bigger portion. Do not forget to push the bell for service. Cozy private room. That entity separate from other sushi place. I fully recommend the place.

Nice ambiance and amazing sushi! Plating and food presentation also spectacular. Divided tables and curtains offer nice privacy from other customers and covid-proof. Great place for lunch or dinner with drinks!
Best sushi place in Lougheed. The presentation of dishes are beautiful and are cheap for the quality you are getting. Service was also great with a friendly staff. We will definitely be back for sure.
Okoman has been our go-to sushi restaurant since the pandemic started. The quality of their BC and Crunchy rolls have deteriorated compared to a month ago.
