One of the best S&S Pork I've had (5/7 times) huge combo plate usually get 2 meals from it (cause also add a bowl of rice)
The food was OK. Not bad, but nowhere as good as the reviews my wife had read led us to believe. Our server gave us the impression he couldn't care less and would rather be doing anything else. The vaccine passport check at the door was cursory and superficial at best. And, despite the name, there is no view of any lake.

The quality, quantity and service has plummeted since the first onset of COVID 19... Today I gave it one more chance as it was my favorite place to get Chinese food, and to say the least, I am disappointed! I asked 3 times as I was walking out the door for utensils, soya sauce and napkins as we were traveling, he said yes every time. Not one thing, the price difference from their own website is off by several dollars for just one dish and when I mentioned that, they blamed the internet instead of taking ownership for their own business and their own website, that's what it takes. The portions are half, and pricing is incorrect compared to what they actually charge. I won't be back and a fail for the third time, your out!!!
Very tasty food, large portions with good quality ingredients. Will return. I took family members for their first visit here today. They really enjoyed every dish. Prawn chow mein, curried brisket, spicy pork with tofu and especially the crispy chicken was so yummy. Yes we love this place. It's always busy there with take out but they still manage to give the best service they can.
If you're ever dining in here, be prepared to be pressurized to pay 10% as tip which the owners claim to be mandatory. Really rude and bad service starting with taking 10 mins just to give us the menu and letting us know that we got to tip either way which is startling as tips are given by customer's willingness. This has been extremely awkward and we decided to instead take out!
The worst service Everrr.... Will never do business with them again . When I place my order for delivery, she told me 40 mins . I call within the hour mark . The lady on the phone says sorry busy your food is coming now ... We wait another hour later ... Once the food arrives to our place ... We kindly ask for a discount as the food is cold . The driver says no ... Starts walking away with our food and said he has no time for this .. If I didn't have to wait another 40 mins having to feed my kids , I would have reordered from a different place ... We decided at this point we weren't going to give a tip for bad service ... He says they will not deliver to our house any more .... I said no problem , I don't want your business anyways ...Heads up ... Never do business with these guys... They have no customer service skills . Don't waste your time !!!!

I am so happy that this hidden gem is close where I live. Hands down the best sweet and sour pork I have ever tried! Service is amazing. They are super busy but they always try to accommodate people for dine in! Plus prices are very reasonable.
Usually we get Chinese from here ALL the time, but today OMG!! Soon as we saw this appetite all got spoiled… oddly enough tho I’ve been to clean Chinese restaurants and the taste wasn’t as good lol. Still should be careful about roaches in the food. That’s just not ok.
