I see there is a mother days promotion that they show case on there window. However when I was about to pay. They said it’s was expired already and it’s no longer available. So I ask why it’s still promoting on the window. They said they cannot take it down until they have a new poster to replace it. Food it’s good just very confusing why they advertise on the window but it’s not available.
Terrible Service. I’ve been trying to dine-in twice now and each time staff have told me the dining area is closed, sign on the door says open till 8pm, I was there at 7pm. I just left and went across the street to Barcelos who were very happy to greet us. I will never be back to this location and will not definitely not recommend them to family or friends.
The staff were so rude to us we left. We arrived at 7 and sat at one of the empty tables. We were told by the staff person who came over that they were closing in 45 minutes. She was so rude and clearly didnt want us to eat in that we left. That was our first time ar nandos and very likely our last.
Disappointing food quality and service. The store hour at the door said closing at 8 pm, but we were told they were closing at 7 so we were asked not to sit inside! Our food was ready at 7:15 and there were still customers inside eating their food with a bunch of emoty tables for more to dine at. It did not make sense at all but no point in arguing. The fries were poor quality and too salty. We are not going back to this location.
Brutal service by the young girl working the cashier desk. This is not the first time this has happened. When I walked in, there was 3 of them talking in their own language loudly by the grill. They took a couple minutes and one girl finally came to the counter. I was there about half an hour before they closed. Went up to the counter, I greeted her. She didn’t even say Hi. Okay that’s fine. When I proceeded to order, she cuts me off “we only have chicken.” I don’t know what that meant so I paused briefly and started ordering again. After she took my order, she asked “is it to go”. I said no I would like to eat here. She replied “take out only.” You can’t eat here. Please hire some people who follow your rules. Or be clear about the policy. If we can’t dine in half an hour before closing, let your customers know. Like I said this has happened the second time now.
I have to say it was really good. I tried the bowl with chicken, rice, hummus and salad with the one before the hottest sauce they offered and it was just great.
I visited this location/branch during off-peak hours, health safety protocols were enforced, a sanitized dining table was ready for use, the manager, seems like an asian lady from the front counter was very friendly, the server with a South Asian ethnicity was polite too. I will be coming back for more of Nando's peri-peri spicy chicken. A must visit on all occasions with this branch on big bend market crossing place, because of my wonderful experience with this location, I will give you a 9.78 star rating out of 10 being the highest.
The chicken was not cook properly it was all white and the cup is to dirty u can see the lip mark and water drop in the cup
AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!! Staff are EXTREMELY rude and does not care about customer service. I entered and the girl at the cashier made eye contact with me, did not acknowledge me at all, and just turned around to talk to kitchen staff. I stood in front of the cashier for a good 3 minutes just staring at them talk. When I got my order, there were no napkins, no sauces and the peri dip that I paid for. Do yourself a favour and bring your business somewhere else.
Waited 10 minutes in line to just to be told we couldn't dine in because they were out of cutlery. We told them we would be happy to use the to go cutlery, and they told us to go eat somewhere else. Quite rude about it as well. Will not be returning.
