Great little shop attentive to the customer keep that tradition alive one good shop at a time i would recommend yes ?
It is a quaint location small but packed with love I have been ordering for years the quality never wavers always delicious friendly staff just a gem of a place make an order and support this family business you will not regret it!!
After being a loyal customer for almost an year, we have decided not to order from here again. Last weekend like usual we made an order of 2 veg medium size pizzas. When we reached, we were told that we had ordered 2 large pizzas which we never do. The lady at the counter didn’t show any customer first skills and started saying that you must have made a mistake, I have doing this for ages and I never make mistakes. We thought its okay its just a matter extra $5-6. When we reached home, we realised that one of the pizzas was non-veg. When we called them, the same lady picked the phone and started accusing us of not making the order clearly and not checking the pizza before leaving. This is the kind of attitude and service you offer to your loyal customers? The lady, not even once apologised or said we will make you a new pizza. Ultimately we had to throw one of the pizzas. Even we always did a takeout here, we always tipped them 15-20% considering its a local business but no more. You lost a great customer because of this incident. For others- Please be very clear with your orders and double check everything here.
Butter-chicken pizza. That is all I will say regarding what to order in here. Simply fantastic, temperature, quality ingredients... Just marvelous. I liked it so much I even made the large pizza last for like 2 days because I liked it so much when I could've ate the whole thing right that day. Definitely coming back.
I was looking for an Indian Restaurant in Burnaby that has some good variety of veg items. Lucky to find Mr. Pan Pizza, they have great vegetarian collection. I enjoyed my meal and their good customer service.
I ordered their italian indian mixture. Pizza and tandoori chicken wings. It was a delicious treat to the taste buds. Lovely ambience, humble customer service and real good place in Burnaby. Definitely recommended to food lovers and explorers.
I went there to celebrate my birthday and their party special pack is worth the deal. We were 8 friends and we really enjoyed our time there without I having to shell a lot from my pocket. It's economical with delicious food and comfortable environment. The restaurant made my day even more memorable by adding on their special treat. Thanks guys. A sure shot recommed to all.
Great going guys! They have real good variety of veg and non-veg cuisines. My family loved it, it was a great choice for the New Year lunch. Tasty food and nice ambience. Definitely! coming back.
Disappointed with todays order. Gave Pizza filled with Ginger and food without salt. I would not recommend anyone to order from here.
What a great treat! Their lunch special is just $9.99 and includes quite a handful menu. Hunger breaker and delicious. Very happy with the price and taste. Lovely place to visit. :) Thank you guys!
