I have only ever used the drive through here! And there is a reason for that...the one lady (wish I knew her name) is so lovely and kind. Always greets you with a smile! People like this deserve to get the spotlight of reviews! The line is always moving which is great and it is one of the better McDonalds in the area. Good quality food. Favorite stop now for my morning coffee!

The staff are well-attentive and greets us with glee! Makes the dining a wholeLot hearty.

I like the people here well enough, but if you go through the Drive-Thru, good luck getting the food you actually ordered. Make sure you check before you leave because there's a good chance you're going to be missing something. Even if all they needed to put in the bag is one burger and one order of fries, if my experience is anything to judge by the odds are only about 50-50 that everything you ordered *and paid for* will actually be in the bag.But funnily enough, as it turns out, other fast food restaurants exist, and they want my money too. And even better, they'll actually CONSISTENTLY give me everything that money paid for, without me having to double check their work every bloody time. And trust me, I will be making it a point to act on that information much more often in the future.

Mobile pick up order around 8:30pm on Sunday.Slow services at this location. Can be busy and not very efficient. had to wait for 20+ minutes for my order; one staff said they were out of apple pies and I had to wait for 10 more mins; waited but no one came; went in and asked and found out they forgot about my order. Maybe I was unlucky this time?My last mobile order at this location (during off peak hour) also took longer than expected but the staff apologized. Hope they could better manage and track the orders.

Ordered a Mc Chicken and a Quarter Pounder and medium fries with no salt and asked for them fresh. The Mc Chicken patty tasted old and had a musty smell. When you order no salt on fries that means they will be hot and fresh. I had one bite and they tasted awful and had to spit the fry out. Like rotten potatoes. I threw the bag away in disgust. I’ll never come back to this location again. Not even for a water or coke.

My friend and I went through the drive thru at this location. The pace went smoothly, but our order got screwed up or maybe the drive thru lady could not hear us well. I ended being given a super sized vanilla milkshake, instead of a strawberry and vanilla smoothie. The waffle cut fries are delicious, except for the odd french fries thrown in.

Hit and miss, order 2 fresh sausage muffin.I only receive 1 fresh one. Rarely get 2 just made ones unless I go inside.

I would give this location a ZERO rating. We experienced the worst customer service from an East Indian lady at the last window around 3:45 pm on Wednesday, March 23rd. There was no hi/hello and instead she proceeded to give me my bag and thankfully I decided to open up the bag. Upon opening up the bag, I discovered there were no fries and I told her that and she said: "Let me check." I was stunned. I gave her the bag and she grabbed some fries and put them in the bag. We were shocked at the level of customer service and dismissal. To add, there was no apology either. I advise everyone who experiences terrible customer service to forward their complaints to head office as this has become a norm now.

I'm never coming back here again. They're so slow. I came in on a Thurs night at 9:30pm. It wasn't busy at all. It was empty. Yet I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food even though I ordered ahead of time on the MCD app! For 1 McChicken meal. Ridiculous.

I got a wrong sandwich from them one week.Came back today and mistakenly gave a wrong name (I thought it was James) of a manager who took my phone complaint (in my defence, who would remember a name from a week ago), explaining to the working manager that one of their managers wrote my name down for a complimentary breakfast sandwich. The working manager this morning said "I definitely know we don't have a manager with the name James, and your name is not on my books for a complimentary sandwich"So I basically felt like I was told I was a liar, when I go to this location quite often. It was clear she wasn't willing to give the sandwich to me and I had to say "I am not lying to you, I come here often through the drive thru."She gave the sandwich eventually in the end but I did not feel any good about it.Moving forward:1. Please be more diligent when writing down the customers orders that were made wrong (that white binder I saw the working manager take out). It wasn't the working managers' fault, it was the manager who didn't write my name down on the binder (apparently it was David and not James), making it seem like I was completely lying to the working manager today.I am aware that both sides were at fault (me for not remembering the managers name, and for the McDonald's for not even writing my name down in their white binder with all order mistakes), but my experience was just not the best.
