They made me waited for 20 mins at the curbside parking spot after ordering and lied tp my face that they didn't see there.

Worst McDonald's experience ever. This is the 2nd time that I had a bad experience with their fries. The first was it being way, way too salty. This time I was automatic downgraded to a Sad Meal™. Ordered a large fries to share but got a soggy left-over medium.
This is my go to McDonalds for park and get food delivered to your car. This is one of the rare McDonalds that just gets your order right the first time and the food taste is consistent.

This "newer" location is smaller, but has a more modern atmosphere.Staff are courteous, efficient, and patient. Drive thru and in-restaurant ordering experiences were always positive.Parking is plenty, but due to the elongated space, you're a little further away a lot of times.Food-wise, due to traffic volume, is more often fresh than not. Besides the Still Creek location, I find this location one of the more reliable McDonald's for consistent fresh quality food.Great spot to pop in if you're hungry for McDonald's!
Good service, food taste was good, a lot of resources go towards drive through service. There is a slight wait time ordering inside. Friendly managers, and team.

This location does not deserve a 2. One and a half if we're being realistic. I have lived in this area for over 35 years. My older sister worked at the Alpha location (before the McDonald's moved to Gamma). Food has always been consistent. Service is always friendly. However, over last few months I have no idea what's going on with this location! I never go on weekends or during peak hours.I'm always waiting in their allocated parking spots (which is always full). All the staff I have encountered are incredibly rude and are more concerned with McDonald's points. They never have basic McDonald's staple items available.The staff of this McDonald's do not apologize for their mistakes and give attitude back when you complain about the service or missing items. The manager I spoke to does not act like a manager. I got a, "ya, whatever".I rather go to a further location if I'm paying for what I get and an empathetic human that apologizes if I'm waiting for more than 15 minutes for a meal. Everyone I know in the area has been complaining about this location. I seriously hope the owner's fix this issue.McDonald's across the world is known for friendly Fast food and lives up to standard. This does not make it at all.
There is 1 specific person that works here who always wears a Nike windbreaker jacket. I'm assuming a manager. I'm not sure what his problem is but he is the last person I ever want taking my order. Very rude. When you pull up to the drive through it's always a simple "hey" and nothing else. When you pull up to the window and ask how he's doing he simply walks away from you every time. If he's that unhappy he should find new employment
