Very rude staff. I work with people with disabilities and I was working with someone who was standing next to the order pick up counter. A staff rolled her eyes at them and said "go stand over there!" and pointed near the garbage can. It really hurt their feelings. Food took 15 minutes to get and they were rude (rolling eyes again) when I asked for more ketchup. Staff need some training in customer service for sure. I wouldn't recommend going to this mcdonalds.
My food was alright, but when I asked for a toy for my child,I received a very strange toy:
I would definitely give 0 star, We order and eat with my 2 kids, my kids doesn’t drink pop so I ask for water instead. I went to ask tap water but the guy said you need to pay for it and I said I already paid and give me your receipt so, I went to grab my receipt right away but when I came back his not there anymore!Tables are always dirty, they should wipe it after someone has left as per covid protocols but NO it’s always dirty!
1) Wait 20m for my orders.2) Sauces missing for my chicken nuggets.3) No napkins in bag.4) Soft drink fountain out of carbon, was told need 30m to get it from another store.The manager willing to sub the coke for other drink so at least acceptable. But point 1 to 3 is just fail service for fast food restaurant.Black listing this store.
Ask for a large paper bag for drinks on a rainy day and got denied, only because I'm a regular customer not a courier from some delivery app??
The store seems to be appropriately staffed, but speed of service is slow. Staff were to talking to one another (it was work related) but we're not paying attention to customers waiting, until I called out and asked them to hurry up
When i asked the manager that i am waiting for my food for 20 minutes. She replied,” I don’t care”.
I waited more than 10minutes for just a smoothie and a coke zero, not to mention coke zero is self-serve, like seriously, i would never come to this location again
Everytime i order something they always get the order incorecct. Always check your order before leaving, if your order extra bacon anything like that they will charge you and not give you the extra. Place is a joke
