The only drive through within a pretty large area but simply the worst McDonald’s. Always slow, consistently missing items or burn buns and staff that doesn’t care. Even for a dine in, the staff is rude and managers simply DON’T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. They should be fired. I don’t know how McDonald’s can have this place allowed to be running so badly for so many years.
Always short staffed. Management needs to learn how to schedule. Drive thru is always busy so i prefer going in and ordering pick up. Also, i have seen delivery drivers waiting 20 to 30 minutes for their order. It should be first come first serve. Employees are hard working but poor management made me rate 1 star to this restaurant
I've been to faster service McD's but this one has a special place in my heart because of a crow that is always there in the morning begging for food. He will follow you everywhere sharing your breakfast till its done then will fly back to his usual place. He is very smart. See picture of him
Worst McDonalds ever. The drive through was super slow. They messed up our coupon and tried to over charge us. They messed up our order when we got it. The fries were under cooked. Everything was so cold we had to heat it up before we ate it.DO NOT GO HERE!!!It is so bad we are contacting the corporate office to let them know. No matter the outcome, I will never go back.This place is an ABSOLUTE TRAIN WRECK! If there was a way to give negative stars I would.
So I had buy an ice cream and this girl with her long nails TOUCHED my ice cream and we told her “Its not okay because we are still in a pandemic and its better to hand it in the plastic thing here there is holes in it and to hand the ice cream safety.” Also my friend had ordered two donuts and one had lines, we are assuming that the girl might of touched the donut. That is not safe.
It's a McDonald's with slower than average service. We try not to go to this one if possible. The parking lot is smaller as well, and traffic gets backed up easily. Plus, there is a seagull with a bad attitude that will sit on your car hood and stare at you as you wait for your food - but that's not unique to this one location.
Nice and clean. There are some terrace seats.
Ok. After reviewing McDonald’s Newton, I thought of giving the Edmonds Location a 5 star! We always go here for drive-thru or dine-in. They always get everything right, cashiers are friendly, food is fresh. They have high customer service standards here. The store inside is always well-kept and no dirty tables lying around compared to Newton. I do not expect much with McDonald’s restaurant nowadays but this one, so far so good. (Compared to Newton in Surrey, the worst Mcdonald’s I have ever visited lol)
I live around the area so this is the McDonald my family and I goes to on a regular basis. They always misses items when I go drive through. When I do go in to order, they don’t acknowledge you unless you mention you need to order. They prioritize drive through orders first, which I understand but waiting for 10 mins to order it’s not acceptable.I ordered a cheese burger happy meal today. It came in a paper bag. When I ask the staff why it wasn’t in a box, she replied “that’s just the way it is.” Just then I see staff taking out 4 happy meals in a box outside for drive through orders. I can’t accept double standards and expect at least give me the box if you are too lazy to put in it. Not to my surprised my son’s cheese burger has no cheese and 6 piece nuggets was missing 1 piece. Their staff is nice but very poor management skills. I think cooperate should look into it.
I arrived at exactly 11am, January 6 2022. Had coupons for an Egg McMuffin meal and sandwich combo. Before my arrival I Googled what time McDonald's start serving burgers. (I know it is 11am, but I just wanted to be absolutely certain.) Google informed me it was 11am. Upon placing my order I was told that they don't serve sandwiches yet, as the assistant manager taking my order laughed at me. I looked at my clock, 11am on the dot. I replied, "It's 11am. And what is so funny about that?" For the life of me, I don't know what is so funny to these type of women. I encounter it everywhere. I'm politely questioning them now, I genuinely would like to know!Anyway, my coupon was for a sandwich combo, medium fries and medium drink. I got the sandwich, but a small fries instead of medium. On the plus side, I did get a very fresh and tasty Big Mac, but I don't know why I got small fries.When you go to McDonald's, you know what you want, and they are usually very good with nailing the order. This experience was unusual. 2 stars for this location for poor service, messing up an order, and laughing at clientele, when they don't even know what time it is to start serving burgers.
