Worst place i dont know if the owner got changed or what seriously disgusting spent like 7-8 bucks on an ice cream and found 3 long white hairs in the ice cream yukkkk i felt so sick after wont recommend to anyone the girl who was making it she also removed something from top of my ice cream like a hair when she was mixing it up atleast wear hairnets when you make it all the girls inside are with open hairs
Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. There are more better places for ice creams. Asian girl was behaving very rude to us(when me and my wife asked for nutrition facts). She literally bang on the scoop and walked into back of house.
Why am I only finding out that they have the most amazing full cookie ice cream sandwiches? My new favourite dessert. Previously? Birthday cake ice cream with gummy bears and Skor/Butterfinger bits.

If you have a friend who gives you ice cream from here, it means you have a very, very wonder kind friend.The ice cream is expensive, small portion and super hipster. Strawberries ice cream taste not sour and more creamy and is extremely colourful. Neon pink colour. If you keep it in a home fridge it will get very hard to scoop so leave it out to melt a little.
Oh my GAWD. The peanut butter ice cream with peanut butter sauce is soooo good. If I'm at market crossing for any reason, I stop at marble slab. Service is fine, not out of this world but it's ice cream, what else do you want? It's definitely pricey but an awesome treat!
Unfortunately they don't hire enough staff. So this poor girl works like a dog alone on a Friday and Saturday night. She has no one to take till or fill containers or clean snd people just keep adding to the line. My friend was here last Saturday with three kids and the same thing happened. I guess management is trying to save a buck at the staff and customers expense and experience. No break tonight!
Friendly staff and it's amazing being able to concoct my own ice cream in a tub to bring home. Defs recommend!
Super disappointed! I was in the area after grabbing dinner and thought I would grab some ice cream. We live in Vancouver, about 30 minutes away! We got home to realize the "Chocolate Swiss" was some sour ice cream.. and by the picture, you can tell the ice cream has been sitting for a while as it has frost bite. We were told we can bring it back to either refund or get an extra tub of ice cream so we did the next day but the cashier told us she couldnt refund us neither did we get an extra free tub. We have been customers for years ! Purchasing birthday cakes.. this is super disappointing! Wasting my time and gas to drive back and forth when we are not even close by!
Terrible service! Imagine ordering a birthday cake and coming here to find out they didn’t make it? Lol. Order here if you want someone to be disappointed on their birthday. I hope this happens to nobody.
