Had Little Minh’s bookmarked to try for ages. Interesting that the owner also runs Pho Den.- Sate ($16.00) - broth wasn’t creamy or rich. Flavours very subdued and watered down.- Bun bo hue ($15.50) - broth was lacklustre and lacked complexity. Bowl didn’t come with enough noodles. Left us unsatisfied.- Vermicelli combo ($19.00) - standard vermicelli bowl. My buddy’s drink was too sweet; he couldn’t force himself to finish it.No urge to come back.

An absolutely phenomenal experience! The staff was super friendly, helpful and nice, the restaurant was clean and the service was super quick! The food was fantastic and the portions are huge - totally worth the price point! Each bowl of pho was so tasty and full of flavor and all the cocktails and mocktails were refreshing and had the perfect balance of sweetness. They had a large variety of unique items on their menu like the Minh's Roll, which is a shrimp salad roll with a spring roll inside it, and boy was it a game changer! I 100% recommend checking out Little Minh's and will definitely be coming back for more!

Hi your neighborhood phonatic here.Actual rating 3.5 out of 5Vibe: 5/5Meat: 5/5Sides/Sauces: 3/5Broth: 1/5Hospitality: 5/5Total Pho Score: 19 out of 25Classic example of catering to larger western clientele but deviating from the authentic roots and full flavour broth. Style of soup is Northern Vietnam. If you are looking for safe choice go for it, if you want Vietnam, not exactly here.

Food were very tasty. Got the Bun Bo Hue but the soup is a bit spicy for me, will try the non spicy one next time. Bin’s Bites comes with a good dipping sauce. Friendly staff.

Pretty good food and the service was excellent. We had ordered Bun bo hue, Bin's bites, the make your own rice plate which came with grilled chicken, pork , and a spring roll. The Bun bo hue was good but needed a bit more flavour and seemed a bit watered down. The Bin's bites were nothing special but as for the rice plate, the meat was very flavourful and was cooked to perfection! The soup and fried roll that came with the rice plate were also pretty good. Would definitely come back!?

Amazing place for pho. Very large portions 2 people can easily eat from one. Great customer service and very tasty food. Also the brown sugar milk tea was addicting.

I wanted to enjoy this place more after seeing all the reviews. Would not recommend the Bin’s bites. It was too salty and tasted like leftovers. Bun bo hue (I got it with pho noodles) flavours could be better and I would not get it again. The noodles were a good texture though but that’s about all.

Surprisingly good pho, and my gf loved their vegetarian option.

They been in business for well over 2 years , family run , dropped in for lunch after checking out the new Asian Supermarket in the area , restaurant not a big place , but very modern and clean , menu have a lot to choose from , But I find the most expensive Pho I ate in Vancouver ! portion size average , quality is so so , the broth is steaming hot but oily , meat quality is poor , very chewy , for $16 ? staff very friendly , it do get busy during lunch hours ! lot of parking .

Visit wasn’t planned, just random. Have to admit their pho broth has been one of the best I’ve had in greater Vancouver and my husband and I can be picky. Their short ribs were tasty. While I also generally dislike rice I found myself eating the entire mountain they supplied. I’d return!
