I have been here many times and the experience has always been amazing. All desserts are beautiful and freshly made, the service is always friendly and warm, and everything is delicious and not overly sweet. They have started serving tea lattes as well so non-coffee drinkers like me will have more options to choose from.

Found this little cafe on Dawson street in Burnaby, everything there is very pretty and looks to have a very Japanese theme to it, Definitely esthetic and eye pleasing. The pastries where pretty good about an 7-8/10, the price was quite a bit but probably because they look hard to make and inflation.

I've tried a few of their desserts, and they're REALLY good. Genuinely love the fruit and strawberry tarts, but they're so expensive. It'd be nice if the portions were bigger to make up for the price since I'd like to go more often :,(

Came across this place on my way to the optometrist. It looked quaint and i like supporting local business... Lucky me! The desserts look and sound like something you find on Great British Bakeoff. I bet they taste like it too. We had the pink Ferraro. It was filling and rich enough to share - this made the cost also reasonable. Such different and interesting flavors that go beautifully together. It was fresh and lovely. My husband also said it was the best latte he has had in years. I definitely recommend this unique experience.

Everything looked great! The layered cake was a little dry, could have used more cream.

Great to see another cake place open up in the Brentwood area. It’s a bit hidden, with less foot traffic.In terms of the cakes, we found them to be quite unique because almost everything is shaped like actual fruit. Inside the cake you will find fruit-filling in the center surrounded by creme that forms the shape of the fruit.When each cake is priced over $10, it really makes you want to eat it carefully and dissect each component.Overall, we found the cake w/the tart / crust underneath to be the best value (maybe every fruit/cake could be sitting on top of a tart?). The strawberry inside was also extremely fresh tasting.It would also be better if the apple and orange cake could be a bit bigger so you could have more center filling inside. The ratio can definitely be improved.Overall it was great to try new and unique cake variations that are not found anywhere else.

I bought a strawberry cake and pink ferrero this afternoon (February 19,2022). And I was disappointed at the cake that I bought not only it’s expensive and the product they served was fresh at all.Strawberry Cake (1st picture) - as you can see the strawberry’s leave is brown and dried up already. The cream doesn’t taste fresh at all, I don’t know how long the has been sitting in the fridge.Pink Ferroro (2nd picture) - the inside of the cake was so mushy, The sponge cake also soak up all the juice from the fruit. Also the fruit inside doesn’t taste fresh at all.

Great cake shop in burnaby. The chiffon is quiet soft and no to sweet. I taken a Chinese date and ginger cake. Friendly service and warm atmosphere. I will come back later to try other flavors.
