My favorite cafe in Burnaby. The environment is great and the cakes are super delicious. I especially recommend the matcha Mille crepe.

Oh my God... Matcha is heaven... and L'OTUS has it! Can't say what I'm feeling right now... Just go and get some matcha goodness here and you will experience a small slice of heaven!

To be honest, cakes were presentable but not really tasty. Cashiers had a long face but didn’t greet. There were 3 staff and it wasn’t busy but no one welcomed the customers or said thank you. Their attitudes showed their unwillingness to work. Highly recommend the owner to give the staff training on their customer service & work ethics.

The environment of this shop is so nice that it is a good place for a date. Very quiet and the background music is peaceful. The crepe cakes here are delicious! The cream inside is very delicate and crepes are ultra-thin!

The presentation really is nice. Service is friendly. Products are consistent. I think it is worth a try if you are curious. That being said, I'm not really sure why anyone would want to eat a cold crepe covered in icing let alone a stack of them. They do also have cheesecake which I have not tried. I think the boutique is worth a visit if you are curious. Putting gold leaf on a cold stack of pasty crepes is not going to bring me back.

Excellent! An excellent place to go for desert and I absolutely love the different grades of strength for Matcha ice cream. I recommend this place if you like Matcha!

We got there just when they start the day, and they seem to be a bit overwhelmed with the pick up orders and the in-dining. I got the rose lychee crepe and half way through, the cream felt it was frozen and wasn't soft and creamy. I bought 2 different flavored crepe cake home and they are nice and creamy. I guess is a hit and miss.

Good tea and cute decor but sadly not a lot of vegan options

Really nice environment for catch-ups. Instagram worthy decor. The matcha roll was very delicious in my opinion, it's not sweet and the matcha bitterness was just right.

Not the one for typical American people who love sweeeeeeeet things. But the perfect one for light taste groups ?
