KFC

I've been enjoying KFC for years - this KFC today, and many times in the past- today is the END - flat pop - ice tea that doesn't have sugar, and old original chicken that stinks like feet and spicey chicken that zero crunch because it is old and expired. I WILL NEVER RETURN. Your cheap profit preserveration tacts result in garbage experience, dangerous food that will only poison - I hope every person in Burnaby reads this and goes to any other KFC or any other fried chicken outlet - fear your health with this place! Best time ever was 1 week after the restaurant closed during 2021 - place was clean, product was fresh, employees wanted to work there and were making maximal effort to keep a customer happy. NOW - death trap - I can't believe what I got in my bag tonight, I'm so upset, and nooooo - I don't want to come pick up something "fresh" you guys are DONE for me and I hope the public DEMANDS MORE. GARBAGE! STAY CLEAR!!!

Worst KFC I've been to. We ordered a nine piece meal, while we were waiting there was water leaking from the ceiling above the counter on to someones food. The place was extremly dirty. We also saw rodents in the back parking lot, I hope they don't go inside. After the rude server gave us our order, we went to our car. My better judgement was to check the order over in the car, but we didnt. After the 20 min ride home we opened the bucket of chicken, and were shocked at how small the pieces were. The thighs were the size of wings. I would think the owner would do this on purpose to charge full price for half the chicken you would normaly get. I guess its all about profit, thats fine we will never come back. Nonetheless $38 bucks for what, we were still hungry after eating our greasy mini chicken pieces and fries. It's no wonder why all the KFCs are disapearing and Popeyes Chicken is popping up all over the lower mainland. The chicken pieces are four times bigger and way fresher and tastier then KFC. We used to like KFC, its to bad there all going down hill.

Always a great experience, fast, relatively fresh (considering its fast food, let’s be honest with ourselves), no complaints at all. Usually get a box for lunch on occasion, always tastes great, a lot of value for $13-15 never leaves you feeling hungry by any means. If anything you will have that food coma feeling right after.

I haven't had KFC for a while, but my old memories of it were pretty fond. So when I had the online coupons come in my mailbox, I decided to give it a try, despite the pretty horrible ratings that I have seen on the Google Map reviews.I got the 2 famous chicken burger combo, which is supposed to have sweet pickles and garlic oil in it as well, but I was disappointed with the sheer amount of mayonnaise, and the missing garlic oil and pickles. On the other hand, the fries and popcorn chicken was fine, and the fried chicken itself was okay for its price.Quite a pity because I would've definitely been a regular customer with the great deals and proximity, but I wouldn't be returning until I see better reviews about its improvements.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Got stuck in the drive through as it not plowed or maintained. Sandwich and fries tasted like it was made yesterday. Complete garbage. Pop wasn't cold. No ice in it. Whole thing went in the garbage. Don't waste your time eating here. Go ANYWHERE else.

I ordered 14pieces chicken box.But there were only 12pieces when I opened the box.This is not first time, SECOND TIME.How they count the chicken ?14 is 14.DO NOT CHEAT !!!!

Am not a big fan of KFC but I ordered this sandwich yesterday and it was really good fresh crunchy, spicy highly recommend it ?

They ran out of plant based nuggets at their location and only had the plant based burger. Than why have a picture of the nuggets on the poster? The fries are soggy, the chicken sandwich was not crispy but soft, the food is not hot, toonie Tuesdays has had a price increase, if customers are going to pay money for fried chicken items than they should be receiving better quality than something so mediocre. There are times that the place has been dirty looking. From the floors to the tables for customers to use.

Ordered two spicy plant based sandwiche combos, but food I got were vastly inferior than what I usually get from this place.-fries were luke warm & soggy-both plant based patties were overcooked-one bun was soggy tooI'd recommend coming during night time instead of afternoon, because night time staff always cook my orders right.

Ordered from UberEats. Spicy chicken sandwich was completely drenched in sauce and was terribly greasy. Popcorn chicken tasted cheap. Cold fries. NO UTENSILS PROVIDED FOR MACARONI SALAD despite my request. I also asked for a bit of extra sauce since they give you only a small amount. That request was also completely ignored. Overall, a disappointing experience. Just get some A&W or Triple O's. At least they care about the customer and have higher quality ingredients.
