While I do love their smoothies, quite a few times the customer service leaves more to be desired. I once asked one of the staff to tell me more about the QR code that one can use to setup their app and I think get a free drink for every 5 or so that you buy (you'd see it pasted on the glass there), but she just shrugged and said she wasn't sure how it worked and that I'd likely not get the extra smoothie that's written there. Which was a bummer because I used to buy there every weekend.
Never saw selfish and rude people like you. I had some medical problem so I can’t drink cold bottle water so I asked for glass of tap hot water from this food court. I also told them i can pay you 2/3$ by card but i need hot tap water. She said we can’t do 2 dollar transaction so you can give me 2$ cash and i can give you water. So cheap l. Even don’t wanna give one star.

Pun intended, it was pretty dope nonetheless. I Took a whim on the Matcha Pichu and will never ever regret it, flawless taste with great infusion of mint, dragonfruit and almighty matcha. It had great flavor, very fresh tasting and packed with wholesome and healthy ingredients.The Jugo Rewards program is actually pretty sweet and gets you some good loyalty points so get saving for them slurps ya'll!
I love Jugo juice. They are too sweet so I cannot have them so often but it definitely refreshes my feeling and my day. My favorite one is Mighty kale so far. I will try other smoothies one by one.
This has been my go to place for smoothies, Amanda is always been friendly with me and my family. The store is super clean staff is friendly and I find the sand which is always fresh compared to other location.
The staffs are great as well as the service. Tasty drinks as well. I’m very happy with my order here.

The smoothies are too sweet and taste too complex in my opinion. Some of them are bitter and some of them are too sour. I wish there are options with less ingredients such as a smoothie with just strawberries and kale. The hot foods they give you can be sometimes cold inside. I wish there are more healthier options for sandwiches. For example, I like chicken, but the wraps and bread that comes with it only give white wheat flour options. Four stars because the workers are nice and they always have what I need. There is never a time when they ran out of any of the cold foods.
